You can't see inside the fish tank coil so why do you say that? You need the tube to force the electrostatic field to twist which produces current.

No what I see is a copper cap which produces a magnetic short. You can see an indent where the tube inside mates with that cap. Like I said, or should I say one of the scientists of the magnetic compressors, there is an endless number of ways to make these coils. I have a science paper that actually has the schematic of a generator in it and it too has two grounds. I have probably gathered 20 papers on this subject so far.
