Maybe this is what is inside the green box? These coils appear to be counter wound Don.

Tesla had a large capacitor dome on his free energy tower. He also had a pressure gauge in the dash of his car.

Regarding Mr. Utkin's document and image you reproduced:

The capacitor is representative of capacitance between 2 coils wound in opposite directions. 

Mr. Utkin explains in his next image how 2 connected coils, wound in opposite direction, create a capacitance between them.  I wound mine so they can move closer or further away from each other on the form. This changes the capacitance reading so I can easily tune them.

I had a closer look and you are right. The translation is a bit fuzzy bit now that I know what I am supposed to be seeing, I do. Thanks for the push back.

I bought a super good LCR made in Germany so I should be able to validate your capacitance inductance puzzle and I think I see why it is. I need to waste some wire to be sure.

I used stranded, insulated (automobile) wire 14, 16, 18 awg.
I also tried 22 awg magnetic wire to see if the capacitance was from all the thick insulation on the stranded wire.  Nope.  It even works with magnetic wire so the capacitance isn't from the insulation on the wire.
