First, what am I should suppose to write:

what kind of spark gap or solid state generator do you use for your "longitudinal  electromagnetic wave" youtube video? I cant hear any sparks ?

Interesting re: the wire within the copper tube, using the wire inside to radiate and the copper to collect/convert and influence the underlying coil(s). THis brings up several questions;

What type of amplification can be had?
Does this configuration eliminate the loading effect on the source?
Does the tube need to be connected to anything really? or is it just the converter?

This smacks of a Tesla design doesn't it the extra coil....

I will give this a try, I already have a coil built I just need to push a coax wire thru the center of the copper tube and drive this using my ignition coil setup. Any kind of transfer would be good and at 90° to the pickup coil(s). The COAX reminds me of the picture from SM when he cut open one of his larger coils.
