With all respect, i must admit that i can not clearly see the white wire really entering the box.
It is too short (as seen on the pic where the guy holds it) and how would it connect to any possible wire coming out of the box? Would it be "plugged" into an internal wire?
It could as well bend down and connect to the bent-over green HV-wire, even though that is speculative as well. But one must wonder why the green wire is being bent towards the other end of the coil, it has to go somewhere/connect to something ...
What are your thoughts?

   The white wire enters the box through a drilled hole (that box is full of them, he must have rerouted the wires several times before the final setup). It is cut flush of that hole, hence it's shortness, as the red wire just below which is also seen on the dismounted coil. I see it entering the box - you can even see the matching reflection on the green paint and the matching curvature of the wires from the dismounted coil pics. If the white whire were routed underneath or somewhere else, they wouldn't be both cut flush like that with a slightly slanted cut as if they were angled when cut, but of course that's my view (well, not only mine). See attached images.

   Regarding the green HV wire coming from the SG, it is said that it goes back into the green box, but I am not still certain as the other side of the thick coil has a split open end where there is something connected to which seems a white cable which may or may not be the HV green cable but it is hard to see as the enhanced picture still doesn't reveal any paritcular chroma - it appears white, though there is a darker edge which could be the egde of the external hard coating (not internal white dielectric) of a HV cable as indicated by the arrow. According to the patent, the SG is at the beginning and is not connected to the coil so it seems pertinent to say that it goes back to the green box. Some say that there is *another* HV wire, which goes to this thick coil and is not the green HV wire. It is not seen as it is routed behind beside the red and the other green HV wire. This would be constent again with the patent as the wire comes to the outside SG then back inside to the 2 subsequent blocks, then comes out again to the coil and back in again.

  Also it must be noted that the "fat" guy, when Tariel is giving his speech, messes around with the box asking Tariel's son some questions and he sticks his fingers probing exactly where those hidden connections are, so there are more connections than the eye can catch in that shadowed area.

   Additionally, in the aquarium box video and "yellow" box pictures, no thick coils around the main ones are to be seen. The aquarium box also reveals some further information, which helps explain this as it is of subsequent date and slightly different (improved) design.
