That what looks like big metal pipes (3 of them) -there is no metal and pipes are not pipes.Tape used typically to rap the parcels before you send them make an impression that  you see metal tubes.

how can you know for sure that this is not tube as shunt, instead of rapping tape?  If you are 100% sure that that is rapping tape, then how are you not sure how this coil is made and how this all works?

Oh, its my mistake, you mean shiny coil? yes it look like shiny rapping tape. I refer to thin tube that seems like shunt that short circuit that coil which is wrapped with this tape ?!!

Thank you .Unfortunately I believe it is going to take place  in December of 2012. Unless someone will do it earlier.
I ask everyone to help yourself and by that help all of us.
