One thing worth mentioning is that during my first attempt at tuning , there was a point where i felt vibrations on my skin 18" away from the yoke. Like my skin was magnetic somehow?
Any body else?

Wesley device is not that easy to replicate, nobody did so far here.

Imagine that he or anyone else make step by step 100% dummy prove way to make OU device and publish on the internet, what can "they" do than ?

Even source of excess enery is not clearly pointed.Is it ferrresonance?Is it Tesla's radiant event?

Pieces and bits of different information are given (haotically or by the purpose), or I would say-carefully dosed to distract.

More and more I am thinking, this forum is to mislead and drag away people from proper answer.

Those who pretend that have working device and knows the secret- did they gave you full description and explanation? Detailed schematic?
No.A lot of videos, smoke and mirrors....

Pix, you are very very right.

I really do not understand it!

True some FE effects are hard to replicate even by the original inventor, sure.
But some are very straight-forward and I simply do not understand why these games persist.

When I watch the video Wesley made I can't help but think the effect looks genuine, however the lack of details is near inexplicable.

Maybe it is just a strange non-OU effect that was discovered or an artifact that fooled them momentarily and they decided to make a hoax.

I hope that is not so, but I know 2 things.
1: Overunity does exist.
2: Except for the occasional unreproducible fluke no one who has discovered it has shared all required details for proper success.

If there is an exception it is the sometimes extraordinary results from Bedini type motors, except they are far from a convincing OU device mostly. (Adams, Newman)

Instead it is reliably discovered by asshats that would rather see humanity and the earth destroyed than contribute to the world without making their money off of Free Energy.

Sorry but that is the situation and I am sick of it.

Should we really be looking up to Steve Marks and Tariel Kapanadze and others when these slimy bastards have been given the chance to give humanity a gift that will change life for the better dramatically forever and they squander it.

I am utterly disgusted right now.

Hopefully this effect is real.

I have Tiger's schematic (Thanks Ganzha) and I can tell you that the biggest key difference is that in Tiger's version the inside and outside of the shield are connected to opposite ends of a flyback output with a spark gap to ground on the inner one.
This means the shield forms a capacitor charged to high voltage and reminds me a little of Floyd Sweet's device with HV electric and magnetic fields swamping a ferrite.

Actually this might be a key point as Floyd's effect worked with Barrium ferrite but apparently not Strontium Ferrite.
I have no idea about the composition of soft Ferrites but if there is the same Barrium - Strontium options to choose from then it might be a very good idea to use old Yokes before Barium was phased out.

I guess they wanted to save the Barium supply to dump in toxic chem er  I mean contrails

I looked up soft Ferrites and they are not (according to Wikipedia) made of Barium or Strontium:

The most common soft ferrites are:

Manganese-zinc ferrite (MnZn, with the formula MnaZn(1-a)Fe2O4). MnZn have higher permeability and saturation induction than NiZn.

Nickel-zinc ferrite (NiZn, with the formula NiaZn(1-a)Fe2O4). NiZn ferrites exhibit higher resistivity than MnZn, and are therefore more suitable for frequencies above 1 MHz.

It might still matter which type you use of course.
