The input side of the HV flyback transformer is missing from this schematic in 1st method of Transverse Coil (copper plates) configuration.

The capacitor is missing in the 2nd method of the Transverse Coil (copper plates) configuration (the method without the HV flyback transformer).

Also, no 1turn synchronization windings are shown, that Wesley was writing about.

Finally, the schematic does not show where the CH1/CH2 of the oscilloscope are connected to, thus we cannot understand what is measured on the recent videos.

Government Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan
"Tatarstan Scientific and technical information center".
Name of document :
ТУ 11-Ð'Ð¥0.475.047ТУ-80 (СисÑ,ема оÑ,клоняющая ОС-90.38ПЦ12) .
( document in russian language . This is SSSR standart document ) .
But  cost is little to high 4000 rubles . About 140 Eu . If someone can help me financialy to do this project ( 30 Eu from me ) we will knew more about this ferite core .

No everything is explained  with voice but I do not have it ready in english as of yet
