Selfrunning Free Energy devices up to 5 KW from Tariel Kapanadze

Can someone please summarize the state of affairs with Kapanadze's claim? I missed on that one unfortunately. Tried to read the thread but the essence, as usual, is buried in the detail. The reason I'm asking is because suddenly an opportunity seems to have arisen to see this claimed self-sustaining machine in action sometime this week. Will have to catch up fast on that, it appears.

As you probably know I'm now getting to be pretty confident about Steorn and all that remains is to have independent third parties confirm what they showed in the last demo. It's still not self-sustaining apparatus, though. That doesn't bother me, as long as the strict scientific procedures are fulfilled. It is well known, however, that a self-sustaining device is a must if OU is to gain wide acceptance. Could this self-sustaining device be Kapanadze's?

As i said, what he ment is that it is interesting that the strenght  of the second spark gap(spark) is much more powerfull (several times)than the spark in the first spark gap - the one on the transformer.
