Why everybody try to complicate this device?
When Tesla biulded his own devices, did not have such advanced electronic components like transistors ultra fast diodes etc. When we will try to analize what did Tariel we will se Teslas transformers. Questions: How powerful do we need? If 100kW we should to build 2 large Teslas coils. Exchanging HF power to LF power like 50Hz (60Hz) is not a problem and we don't need huge transformer inside inverter only two power transistors with different polarisation and 50Hz(60Hz) generator to control both transistors
Spark Gap in necessary. No spark gap = no OU.

This was ferrite testing and tuning of resonant frequency on copper pates. The input is 12V 0.68A with square wave frequency 212kHz and duty cycle 39%. The ourput is high voltage with frequency is more than 25mHz. The SWR shows steady 100W output.
This effect seems is damaging health. Probably due high frequency of high power

We have to consider also impact of high power EM waves to our health. I'm sure that are no good for our bodys, so first we need protection (I heard somewhere that Tariel has health problems and that might be caused by his device). I have my theory (actualy not mine)...

To do that I'd need to know what's the maximum p-p voltage that your signal generator can achieve across a 10ohm and 100ohm non-inductive resistor. @ 100kHz

Is your power supply a single-ended device, or can it provide symmetrical +/- supply rails?

Thanks for the offer. Below are images of scope with 10 ohms and 100ohms resistor load (non-inductive) with frequency generator set at 16vpp, 50% duty and 100kHz.

1) First image is at 10 ohms, 1 Volt/Div, 5uS Time/Div and probe at 1x with sine wave
2) Second image is at 100 ohms, 5 Volt/Div, 5uS Time/Div and probe at 1x with sine wave
3) Third image is of my power supply that goes up to 32vdc (I will mostly bein the range of 12-24).
4) Fourth image is at 10 ohms, 2 Volt/Div, 5uS Time/Div and probe at 1x with square wave
5) Fifth image is at 100 ohms, 5 Volt/Div, 5uS Time/Div and probe at 1x with square wave
I totally forgot to ask if you wanted a sine or square wave. 1 and 2 are sine wave and I am adding 4 and 5 for square wave.

 If you guys take anything away from this listen to Tesla's advice to stay above 2k hertz on the spark pulse. Some of the effects he mentioned were spontaneous heat, wind, and a feeling of well being and energy. Below 2k he said you could cause more harm then good. And nothing blocks the pulse wave. Not even the best stuff he had in that day. Heed his warnings please about the pulse section... 50 hz for the pulse section is very dangerous. Heck it is very dangerous even for our power system. Ever heard of EM radiation??? This stuff is worse....!
