This is a copy righted document. Not only that, The download link was already posted by someone else. By the way I can't seem to find that post. I'm not falling for any legal traps. Nor would I intentionally break the law.

It seems to me, the only way to have a Kapanadze device is to make Kapanadze or his kin speak out. The main supressor of Kapanadze technology is Kapanadze. Also, Kapanadze in his green device video admited that he concept is not his, but Tesla's.

What good can come out by constantly refusing to reveal Tesla's secret then, and instead tried unsuccessfuly to comercially expoit it more than once?

Hi all,
I have just completed the wiring and the first test of the STAAAR coil device. Following is my workbench (see STAAAR-R1-workbench.jpg ).
As you can note instead of using a Flyback arrangement I take advantage to put in action an existing NeonSign high frequency power supply able to deliver up to 9KV (max 30mA) @ about 20-50KHz. The output Voltage output being ‘dimmable’ from 1 to 9 KV (in 3 steps).
Caduceus is exactly as so well documented, same for the secondary coils. The schematic I used is like the following, see STAAAR-R1-schematic.png
The first sparkgap for the first test is made of two wires 2mm spaced. The second sparkgap  (located on the load lamp) is a commercial 240V arrester. I’d like to know from the team if I have well understood the design. Thanks.
In order to avoid excessive load current from the HV PS, the return wire of HV PS is referenced to center tap secondary that provide a 150pf interwinding capacitance to close the circuit.
After inserting into Caduceus 4 x 9mm ferrite cores, the scope’s probe set to 50V/cm and located near the load, does capture the following waveform: STAAAR-R1-output waveform.jpg, STAAAR-R1-wave details.jpg and STAAAR-R1-wave basic 45Khz.jpg.
In said conditions the lamp do not light at all.
NOTE: Due to Neon Sign PS constructor requirement you see that there are no ground connections on the HV side of the circuit. The only ground connection is on the standard 220VCA plug.

Hi all,
I have just completed the wiring and the first test of the STAAAR coil device. Following is my workbench (see STAAAR-R1-workbench.jpg ).

The oscilloscope shots are close but show not tuned device.
The C8 must be variable capacitor for tuning into resonance. When you tune device, the open ends of secondary coil should start ionize air - like in Tesla coil.
If you insert 2000mh ferrite rod into coil, it should start heating in the middle of the coil where you have center wire of secondary coil. If that happends, you need either to split it into 2 pieces and put thing isolation on that point or get 2 1/2 length ferrite rods.

Hi T-1000,
you are right as I forgot to say that until now I made no attempt to tune anything...as I just wanted to see if all setup correctly according to explicited requirements. I do have some other waveforms pictures that the system refused to send!?
I have to say also that I tried 4 times to submit the post and succeeded only at the end. Probably Stefan is having some problems in setting up properly the OU forum...or too many contacts saturating his Internet front end.
