I don´t see a neon bulb and no dimmer...

I guess this works probably more to
using lightly radioactive sand in the ground which is
excited by the High Voltage bursts from
the Tesla coil to emit more free electrons into the
cooler grill, which is burried into the ground
and then collected and transformed into 220 Volts

are the light bulbs in series with the big sized "secondary" coil
of the Tesla transfomer coil in the video ?

How and where are the 2 connections from the
big sized low turn number coil
exactly go ?

I have watched the video late yeasterday night,
when I was already tired and have to study it more again.

Was there a link to a higher quality version ?

But I agree, if this is real,
this would be quite a breakthrough in energy
technology.

What kind of power supply is this ?

Will it transform the 12 Volts DC to a higher DC or
AC level to be used for the green Tesla coil

I would say the black box is probably a transfomer
of some kind or some caps but probably a transformer.

I see it is you again, always explaining things to come to a radioactive source.
