All in all do we see that in video we have load actually connected to outer thick tube coil ?

Kapanadze sais in that video that the orientation of the coils in relation to each other is important.

Again, Zeno, Omni and all, the same principle as the two transistors diagram i can see. When the high voltage pulses throught the bifilar, both wirings seem to create opposing magnetic fields.

What's the importance of it?

I would say to create or better receive scalar waves and minimize the field effects maybe.
Then this is basically a scalar wave antenna/receiver and not only a transformer

in any case, it has been suggested again this setup with the biffilar, since it is clearly demonstarted in the geo.avi video (a guy holding a paper with biffilar icons) and from the 100 Kw video that a coil constantly arcs to a capacitor looking thing.

Actually,

I have tried it with my Kacher. I assembled a biffilar (actually one layer of speaker wire - 2 cables, 40 turns avr., 0.75nF capacity and 110uH inductunce) wound on a 50mm PVC pipe and connected ala biffilar style. Then i put another wiring of fewer turns wire with a lamp as a load. The other end of biffilar was conneted to a ground.

Nothing happend, whereas the Kacher arced to the biffilar coil normaly.

Of course in my setup the biffilar was not closed upon itself and not special care to any orientation was given in relevance to kacher. plus i do not know if the 1/λ thing is just for max voltage hence max sparking or has any other meaning at all.

I can replicate, anyway that diagram easily.
