Before we argue about being cocky etc I ask you.
Have you study oscillating currents of High frequency and one wire current transmition? If so, you will come to my conclusions and reasoning.
I have done many experiments and study this behavior and i am saying with some confidence that it is almost impossible to produce 50Hz or even 400Hz, one wire (apparatus as Kapanadze device) 20amps currents from apparatus to ground (water pipe)

If such is the case it would require an enormous one terminal capacitance the device to possess and excessively large EMFs to be achieved (Mega Volt ranges). Clearly not so.

Try to aswer that simple question and you will unveil a great portion of the Kapanadze device mystery. Unless you consider it, a minor annoying "detail".

unless that 20amps are made another way ....
there is surely displacement current from water pipe to device and it's normally tiny, maybe Kapanadze found a way to pump it at higher rate from water pipe

Anyway, back to workbench.

In responce to Admin's request, i made some  experiments with my 10-ferrite put-together-core of having two windings.
Winding A of 133uH inductunce is wired to a little magnetic quenched spark-gap and 50nF capacitor that is charge to a couple Kv.

Winding B of 35-40uH is connected to a variable inductor (actually i made three just in case) of 15-40uH variable inductune with one or two insertable AM radio cores and a 125nf cap, thus achieving resonant reception to the load being two lamps of nominal 21watts each at 12volt. (5 ohm resistance at nominal light)

As the pictures clearly illustrate the power reception is max when the receiving LC is set to resonance (tuning of the load LC to pulsing LC).

EDIT: By the way, by solo applying the load without any receiving LC the efficiency is far better.
