Let me express my experience in this area in little indirect fashion:
I DID SEE IT in my previous experiment. Scenario was very similar to one,  represented on   video link listed at your post.
Description:
Voltage level delivered  8V ( but to flyback ,square signal adjustable  duty cycle)  current of primary 0.35A  output of the  Network Configuration( described in annotation of my video #13) including sparking circuitry and toroidal transformer.
The output was connected to 150W/110V light bulb.
For "obvious reasons" It is up to your individual imagination to in-vision the rest of the story.

I'm not  a hero and I will not expedite my knowledge and experience,  to the level of abnormality with respect to society criticism and punishment.
There are "big once" watching you, do not  ever forget  about it. Till the time comes to "neck it out."
By the way for those who "strongly oppose" i always have the same  answer :
