This is not "Kapanadze like" device. This is NATIVE device from Kapanadze. He was in this island too with teofiliuss. Its a very sad, but YT User teofiliuss does not know how it works till now.

  What about this "3.73 KV limit" he's talking about? I didn't quite understand what he's saying about this value and not exceeding it or maybe the translator is messing it up.

  Is it also true that Tariel has completely eliminated the spark gap and implemented a semiconductor solution (SCR) with the same results (what apparently is demonstrated with the newer blue box device)?
