I saw a video somewhere when Kapanadze is directly pointing to this patent.

I don't remember seeing that video but if you find it let me know. 

That patent you referenced works for me IF the transformer has a primary and secondary only.

The transformer outside the green box looks to me to have 3 windings.
Primary, secondary and a third (copper tubing).
This patent you referenced refers to 2 windings: Primary and Secondary.

Please correct me if I misunderstood what you were referring to.

I think you are referring to the original green box video reeled from vhs, towards the end where they are in the house: however it's not this patent but Tesla's method and system of signaling patents that are shown side by side Linde's process in a document compiled by Oliver Nichelson. I posted the links and screen shots way back.

   We should all keep in mind that there is a mechanical analogy to all of this as has been shown (and Tesla said this himself more than once). TK's hydraulic device must work with the same principle as his solely electrical one - he must apply the same principle. This explains why he showed that document, where Oliver shows the Linde liquefying machine side by side to Tesla's 2 coil sets (TX/RX). The only difference between the method of signaling patent and system of signaling is the direction of the secondary winding of the receiving coil (in one they are both clockwise and in the other, one is counter wound respect to the other - to be noted as this is relevant). Note that the receiving couple has not necessarily a primary step down coil and does not necessarily be a couple as shown, it is directly connected to the trigger relay through a DC biased spark gap for ex. while it is simply stepped down when needed to run a motor. I have attached both first pages of the patents FYI.
