This is a good opportunity if any. It has been stated 1 million times that a direction is needed. Also working is easier when there is more then one person involved.

Maybe we can all get together and sing 'Kum-Bah-Ya' for five minutes then get to work. 

Starting with the description above, I have a few questions, here is the description in its entirety.

Also at that meeting he said further details of their installation. This is two Tesla transformers. They are connected through a wire from the top. Between them must be a resonance. First transformer works via spark on 100 kHz and higher. Second - is a power transformer. In the first transformer we have small capacitor on primary coil for the high-frequency discharge. On secondary coil (power transformer) we have large capacitor for decrease our high frequency. In the output of the Turk device are powerful diodes. They fix output energy. Next step - it passes through a capacitor and then formed 50 Hz.

I guess that between first and second Tesla's transformers take place a capacitor.

Spark is used for resonanse selftunning. According to Tariel - many people achieve in their experiments Free Energy, but they don't understand how to reduce frequency and voltage.

This method and some another moments (which while hiding) - have a very simple solution. Those who want to succeed it - must think simple and do it simple too.

Tariel also said that he already has sparkless version of kapagen. It is a fully electronic solution. I think that Kapanadze use thyristor for this purpose.

We talked about vacuum tubes too. He said that this is a best solution! But sadly vacuum tubes can live in such device not more than ~1000 hrs.

Giya (Kapa's assistant) suggest that the best way for replicators - begin from high voltage as the input power (against 12V akkum. or battery) for start process. It must be 220V or even more.

Tariel said that the resonance between two transformers "shakes" the aether and it give more energy. Ferrite core prevents the process and therefore does not apply at his device.

Based on the above I have a few questions, please feel free to answer to the best of your ability.

Question:
Instead of building a Tesla transformer does anyone believe that a regular 'auto-transformer' (induction coil) from an old car can be used to produce the required voltage and frequency?

Looking at Tesla patent #685,955 We can see almost a very similar description. In this patent device the receiver must in 'sync' with the transmitter. Also the device must have a large storage capacitor. From this device we might be able to build a working electrical diagram for an output.
Does anyone else believe that this Tesla patent applies?

Question:
What would be the easiest way to reduce frequency and voltage?
Based on the above Tesla patent we can discharge out storage capacitor at any rate we want. This then can pass through a transformer as 'step-up or step-down' ...any idea's?

The oscillator in the 'flash' circuit comes to mind. Here we are producing 350 volts. This could then drive the induction coil. Does this sound feasible?

There are two types of people on these sites (well maybe other types) those that can build and those that don't have the resources to build. Those that don't have the resources your input is still valuable as you can use your time wisely to 'lay-out' circuits and compile data.Those that can build clearly have to make an attempt to try the designed circuits and assist in a 'prototype'.

BTW - I have had it with the snow 

If Tariel say this then is same effect as AVEC of sferics.  Same as TPU.  That is better documentation.  You apply HV pulse to excite mass.  This  make other field stronger.  This come out every generation for over 50 year. Always same end.  Is no core or not work. Hungarian Geza Korcsmaros he rite letter to Hindershot to talk same.  Gray use to make strong magnetic field for motor.

Pardon for silly description , here is my theory:
etheric waves aka radiant energy comes to us from around as very high frequency, all what is needed is to lower that frequency and create a sink.
IMHO all devices I know work on that principle : they rotate some field or stationary electric wave and ether waves rotate too and lower own frequency so it become like "condensed" ether.The ground is required because we have to add electrons to the equation when frequency is lowered.

I know that it's very blurry theory

@forest, Could the ether exist constantly instead of high frequency waves? Imagine the force of water on an object a mile under the ocean. All you need is a method of inducing the environment to convert this static force in to a pulsating one.
