To have electronics. Try to disassemble a 500W sine wave inverter, and see how many electronics in it. As much as it has in Glassbox. In addition, there are electronics for the HV and the delayed start "timer".

The only question is which gets its energy and how, not how to make selfruning or how to make the inverter or jouel tief for high voltage.

Think simple!!!

   Very good quality video thanks. Couple odd things you can see in this video. There appears t be a long uninsulated copper strap along the length of the box? Maybe a shield to pick up stray charges?  Also the cooling fan appears to be in an odd spot. The radiators for the transistors are positioned above the fan. So this fan will not cool anything. Also given the cluster of stuff in the box this small fan will do a very poor job of cooling anything.

   So if the fan is not for cooling then what is it being used for? Can't help but think of Tesla's Ozone generator patent. The fan would allow you to bring in a fresh supply of air. When Tesla demonstrated his transmission of electrical energy to the examiner in chief of the US patent office he did so in his laboratory, this is patent #645,576 and No. 649,621.

   Here Tesla recreated conditions that would exist in the atmosphere at about 4 miles or so. He did this with a glass tube of about 50' long and a vacuum pump. So the question is. If you look at Tesla patent 685,957 Apparatus for the Utilization of Radiant energy do you really need an antenna? Couldn't you create the same conditions on ground level? If ozone is used is there any gain, greater then the energy required to produce, in changing from O3 -> O2?

Really nice video but as I observed on that transparent box,
at about 22min. & 29sec the sparks gone wild then suddenly stop
(malfunctioned) before Mr TK finally turn the main switch OFF!
The wondering thing is, the lamps are still lighting and obviously
the power is also sustaining even though the sparks already stop!
If there is information that the spark is just to support the looping
or for sustaining power, then why the device is keep on running even
without HV spark? There could be some sort of another HV generator
which is hidden that produce feeble/silent sparks or his HV is not
the main thing to focus-on for the self-feeding system!
Just my thoughts, of course I could be wrong….

Obviously yes, because judging from the irregular frequency of the spark discharges, this is only a so-called safety spark gap, that is meant to discharge
overvoltages to ground (Cable seems to come from black coil).
So the operation of this particular device requires high voltage but not necessarily a constantly running spark discharge.
As you pointed out, one has to consider though that there might be another gap "hidden" under the TV trash in there.
From the principle that i see this working with, only HV  is needed for the electrostatic electrification of the materials and no (continous) sparks.

From what I understood from video that presentation was made in a hurry and Tariel explained that he had no time to use elecronic device and used spark gap which is generating hum/noise. That was clearly stated in the beginning of the video.
