To measure power in and out from N.Tesla and similar devices we do not have equipment.
The only approximate approach is with oscilloscope attached over 1 Ohm resistor. And even this method would not show you how much energy device takes over time...

But you do.
A 2-Ch oscilloscope measuring the voltage and current simultaneously at the output of your flyback driver is sufficient to measure the input power to the Tube device.  If you think that your scope is too slow for the 16.8kHz waveform and its harmonics, then measure the power input to your flyback driver (there are no high frequencies there that exceed the bandwidth of your scope, are there?). 
Finally, multiply the resulting power by time and you get input energy.

Measuring power output of the tube device with an incandescent light bulb is sufficient.  Eyeballing the brightness of the bulb is not.

Because I don't have a working device and you do.
I cannot multiply power by time "to get" energy, because I don't know the input power.

Why didn't you make basic valid power measurements of the Tube device in the first place?
Why do you keep resisting making them despite having the equipment and allegedly working device?

Valid power measurements are the only data that make the Tube device remarkable.

P.S.
What Wesley's theory?  The analogy with Encyclopedias or the presence of the ferrite that changes inductance of any coil...?
What does any of these analogies / theories have to do with your continued resistance to making basic valid input power measurements ?
