I think Romero's drawing has caused a misunderstanding:

The circuit diagram shows two batteries connected in series.
If these are 12 Volt batteries, 3 Voltage potentials will become available: 0 V, 12 V and 24 V.
I think the schematic shows the emitter connected to the 12 V potential - where the two black lines cross between the batteries. You could say that this connection was not clearly marked by a dot in Romero's first drawing. In the meantime he has marked it.

Would this resolve your objections?

I do my experiments. I prove it to myself. I didn't assume anything about your build and am not attacking it. What I'm saying is that the caps we use today are a mere shadow of what they were. I whole heartily agree that you can only learn by doing. And that is what I am doing. I don't just grab patents off the internet and say hey it works. But you have to agree with me here on this one point. Has there been a patent that Tesla got that didn't work the way it was stated? Ever?


The coil experiment I am gonna do now (for giggles). I don't believe the coil needs to be cooled if you reduce the resistance through silver plating and parallel coils! Each coil will effectively reduce the resistance to half right? Using a Bifilar wound coil should also increase the effect. If we could get to the same place Tesla was at with cooling and not use cooling then we can have all that amplified force for free then right? I'm thinking the Kacher is just a free oscillator. Couple to that with a coil like Tesla mentions and now we have something to look at. Read the text and get into the head of Tesla. He is pretty clear about the ramifications.

Let me ask this and some have agreed with me already. If this is a fluid like substance shouldn't it obey the same laws as a fluid?

From this patent he states "It will be understood that the principles of construction and operation above set forth, are capable of embodiment in machines of the (***most widely different forms***), and adapted for the (***greatest variety of purposes***). In the above, I have sought to describe and explain only the general and typical applications of the principle which I believe I am the first to realize and turn to useful account."

This was merely the basics of his discovered principles. The foundation that he proved with the device he made. I suspect this was only the physical form that obeyed the same laws as he predicted for the new area of energy he was playing with.

I believe a Kacher is merely a channel that we can induce flow through. Pulse the big coil and it will put up more field lines and the better the feed back is. Merely having the coil up should generate a steady voltage if one end is wicked high off the ground. It will augment the highest standing voltage that way and orient the coil to start flowing. What they are doing is putting a transistor to interrupt this flow and it will suck in all the flow very quickly in response. Switching the bifilar into receive mode to the load would be the best way to get full power mode. Maybe using the bifilar as a pulse coil then switch to the load to get the response + usage(load).

That seems to be my next experiment as well on the Kacher end.

One can only assume that Tesla's patents did perform and operate as stated... I personally haven't had the opportunity to see anything Tesla built first hand so I also have to make these assumptions.   We also have to take to heart that out of the 800 presumed patents tesla held that the 340 or so that are available to the public have been completely scrubbed for key wording and details that could make it operate as stated, this might exclude some of the more moderate patents such as motors and generators.    We are left searching for clues to it's real intent and how it might operate.   Today, we have fables, misinformation and propaganda all guiding those in pursuit to failures - screening the BS is a job in itself.    We know his technology works because it is in everything we do today in one form or another, but it has been altered to a point of waste not efficiency as originally intended.   

If it can't be taxed, controlled or metered no one has an interest in it.   If it provides a lifetime of efficient use without breaking down, needing constant service or becomes outdated by the next new and best product then there is no interest in it.   

This consumption waste needs to change...

And yes I think Tesla's words were scrubbed from every account but in the patent process it is very clear about keeping the wording exactly as the author decided it should be. And from the court records they had to put all that in the record. Yet another brilliant way to feed us the truth. Tesla knew they couldn't subvert that process because they used the very process to cover their own steaks to ideas. This is why he released patents in the first place. It was to get the idea out there in a very wide range that everyone would be capable of seeing.


The information is there, we just got to put it all together. Tesla left clues everywhere especially in official paperwork.

This was my first experience with Spark gaps and it might inform you of the other components as well like the bifilar coil and it's ability to extract the impulse wave.

On your diagram, isn't the  +HV and -HV  a constant high voltage input?
Is it AC or DC ?

Again, my post did not suggest any new devices or approaches and the schematic, or a sketch rather, was as simple as possible, without any details. It was meant to point similarities of different approaches and similarities between Kapanadze 200 W and STAAR device in particular.

+HV, -HV does not imply that the voltage is constant. It may imply that the voltage does not change polarity. That is where the role of the switch (implemented for instance as a spark-gap) becomes important. Periodic short pulse excitation provides a wide spectrum of AC signals (see Fourier analysis). Thus, even in this simple circuit, the coil L1 "experiences" AC excitation. This can be easily tested with an oscilloscope. In a real circuit, elements can be added to filter any DC component out.
