Hello all,
I think that operation of device is so simple.
In document : PARAMETRIC EXCITATION OF ELECTRIC OSCILLATIONS from L. Mandelstam and N. Papalexi ,and also from work of Eric dollard you can see that is possible to excite electric oscillator but changing own parameters. Most of the people are experimenting with mechanical devices as rotary capacitor and so on... But there is magnetic amplifier, which is simple parametric changing device. You can see that by changing a primary current you can change a secondary induction - XL. which act as variable resistor in this time. from People mentioned above you can see that if you change induction in right time of oscillation(1/4 of the proper system period), then you can excite oscillator as swing.This will amplify energy in system many times.Then if you see the magnetic amplifier schematic, you can understand that if you have ferrite core spitted in 2, 3 bifilliar coils and one secondary coil winded over both half's of ferrite core, then you get to same schematics as in the magnetic amplifier...

So kapanadze found possibility hot to make parametric excited oscillator without using of mechanical devices, which usually means a big losses. Since you drive bifilliar coil with impulses, then rate of change of L in time is so big then also delta L is so big. energy in system is 0.5*delta L*I*I.

It is just my theory, i am working on practical test.
Instead of ferrite, you can use iron or other cores. Or we can use air core, but need to calculate current needs to change induction as much as possible and as fast as possible.
