Of course, the elephant in the room still remains. If the device is real, why does Kapanadze not publish a paper explaining its construction and operation or develop the device for financial gain? A Nobel prize would be thrust into his hands if he told the world how the device works. Or if he was driven by money then there are many who have the resource and would invest. Instead, we have a supposed self-running OU machine that can be seen working by the whole world but with an inventor who remains silent. That is the elephant. Why silence? It just doesn't make any sense.

All those reading this and other forums have placed their faith in what we have seen in videos and photographs. Wesley has even seen a Kapanadze device in action first hand. But if we can't answer this key question then how rational is our faith? Are we all just being taken for a ride?

Someone out there must have an answer. Or are we just ignoring the plain obvious because we all so desperately want the device to be real?

I am totally puzzled about  the mechanical overunity motor of Tariel Kapanadze.

In the German translation it is said, that it also used gravitation.
But I guess it just only uses the inertia of the 2 discs.

It is said, that the 2 disc are of steel and brass or maybe each disc is
a double layer of steel and brass and that these discs are connected via a brass wire, that is isolated from the steel shaft.

The German speaks correct!
It uses Gravitational effects - you connot do this by usual magnetic field newer, or must be a super strong electromagnetic forces, but you will newer turn shaft in such way and so fast with so small "usual" electromagnet. (especieally form 9v battery)
But Gravitational force is much stronger - it can interact not only on metals! It have tremendous of power!
It has so much power that if you want you can split earth in two parts! Of course if you build large device like Tesla Tower - as i remember Tesla say this also, but it not say about gravity - at that time this will be to risky to say this!

Time will come very fast - too fast actually, but @All need to understand, that this is not a toy and newer will be a toy - in wrong hands this thing can make big and very bad things.

To answer your question, first you need to find answer in others:
What is electricity?
What processes are in ionized gas?
What causes ions movement?
Where ion winds come from?

And the most important - Do we have same amount of ions in gas as they come out from negatively charged electrode?
Even in vacuum tube you can make condition what causes chain ion movement reaction(second emission), so can be applied to gas instead of vacuum?

I think electricity has many forms and I don't think we know everything about it,.
Don't know what processes take place in ionized gas, many i gues but very interesting subject.
With potential difference you can get ions electrons to move.
Ion winds are on the sun.

And now from experiments data: we made second emission condition with Tesla Coil and 2 plates hanging in air and causing ion winds, then over thyraton we controled capacitive discharge and that caused ferrite of 700W impulse transformer to blow into pieces... So far so good, less than 10W to run Tesla coil and so much power out.
