I'm under flu...I've seen the big flyback you bought...amazing! Anyway I remain on my opinion about the possibility to have on the same device both coils: TC and 1/4wave TC,  it would be really great to experiment such device   +  ionizer and check one for all if any OU. Many are now experimenting on Tesla kind of devices but none does report a possibly serious power balance sheet. For what I've seen and checked: no OU evidence found,  plus I've to observe that the output kind of power not ready useful for standard use...such fact does complicate everything as it imply a further converter to 220V/50Hz hence lowering efficiency. Well, I've still to test the big 'generator' with 50Hz modulation (great) and internal ionizing space as reported by Wesley's group. Please keep me informed about Bob's final offer for the double coil design.

Hey, I did about 15 days ago the same experiment using almost the same big kacher you showed. Ok, it does work in similar way but for the moment I've not found a practical use as it appears to be far from any OU. I tried also to use its HV output wire to drive another smaller standard TC but using direct connection or SG or two ionizer plates...Ok, I light a lamp, then?...

Thank you very much for pinpointing to all of us the  ionizer's scenario interpretation. I feel happy that I had had almost the same conclusions after WNG group started with both two plates and tyratron/ionizer experiment. I've to say also that WNG group spoke many times on the necessity to close the circuit with proper return wire and using the caduceus interwinding capacitance (not less than 120 - 140pf).

OK Guys, an other question. As I'm digging deeper in to this I found a stumbling block maybe somebody want to explain it. What is "ionizer", it's purpose, how to make one? I always thought it was an other sparker but searching for answers revealed that I was WRONG. So what is it?

You could think about the air in between two antennas as a beam ionizer. An important read is this:


" Ionisers should not be confused with ozone generators, even though both devices operate in a similar way. Ionisers use electrostatically charged plates to produce positively or negatively charged gas ions that particulate matter sticks to (in an effect similar to static electricity). Ozone generators are optimised to attract an extra oxygen ion to an O molecule, using either a corona discharge tube or UV light. Thanks for the reply. I did read about the ionizers here(  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_ioniser) before you posted the web address. OK, so what is it?  Is it a tube, a diy gizmo? I have spend lots of time google'ing this with out a satisfactory result..

Bob's company shipped out my order for those two flybacks today.

Also, Bob just sent me an e-mail for the TBC model flyback.

So basically they are asking for $1000 for set-up costs for winding of these TBC flybacks. This includes all their material works and engineering. Future flybacks will cost around $90 each, which is fantastic! I knew he had to bring down the price but I think once they have the set-up made, they can make these flybacks anytime they want without asking for killer minimum orders. This is the best way to do this.

So I will be calling him in about 1 hour to give him the green light. I will pay to the engineering costs since they will only bill through a company. Then I will be able to order the flybacks and sell/ship them to those interested again because they only want to deal with official companies.

I just have to confirm that the flyback price is for either the TBC-110-OU or the TBC-110-OU-DR. I know you only want to work with the DR model but I want them both for comparison trials. At least we will be able to have access to these in the near future.
