I can answer your question, although I am not Russian.
This man says that one Tesla coil can excite other Tesla coils located nearby, which are exact copies of the first, and this way the energy can be multiplied.

That is correct. Transmitting Tesla coil creates stream and receiving Tesla coil receives energy without impacting transmitting Tesla coil. It is same analogy as you can put many hydro electric power plants as you want on river water flow...

What I see is this guy explaining the Tesla method. Totally separate coils but in inductive relation, within the field of the driver coils. What this guy did was use the caduceus coil for the primary. A very different caduceus coil.


Just think about the coil he has as the primary. A bend in the coil would pinch the field and change the inner fields strength. As the field follows the very tiny gauged winds it forms a vortex. The lines would be bent one way or the other and this is the flow of energy through the coil tube. This is usually one way and could be thought of as a jet like procedure. As the turns pile up the voltages from self induction raises the potential and speed of the lines compressing in the tube.


I would suggest that the lines that form are exactly like the lines we see in corona discharge. Except the corona discharge can be seen because of the intensity of the voltage at that point, this doesn't mean the network is less valid either even at lower voltages, it is just that the lines are less intense visibly. This allows us to see the natural network and how it behaves.


When he added the extra coils that were showing brush discharges it did not make a difference to the input. This is because of a looser coupling of the fields.


I did work on the one magnet no bearing Bedini coil exciter. The larger masses of magnets which were spherical tended to super excite the field and if smaller magnets , we called them satalites were placed in the field of the larger spinner they would seem to be driven by the larger magnet. I am thinking this worked too well because no one tried to harvest all that magnetic motion. Many didn't make the comparison to input side of things really. I have seen amazing amounts of statlites running.


This is the exact concept Tesla was using. There are many photo's of Tesla having his coils in a super big coil. 2 turns outer primary that was energized and not pulsed. This energizing was via capacitor HV blasts into the primary. The primary seems to be twisted pair on a fence made of wood.

Just to add some personal experience on the famous Tesla power issue:
I built and tested a set comprehensive of one transmitter device and 3 receiver devices as per K. Meyl basic Tesla design. I can confirm that TOTAL RECEIVER POWER is LESS than transmitted power. I used professional measuring devices.
So, it is also true that the Meyl's approach a bit different from original Tesla in many ways, mainly: presence of a virtual ground wire interconnecting both TX and RXs, 6MHz operating freq...etc
