Except the »WARNING« line. But the video is from 2007, image shows capacitor manufactured 23 week 2009, hence the label design might have been slightly changed in the meantime.

Strange if igniters have the same labeling.

Street lamps are ignited with Schumann resonance. This is good to know. But how does this effect their power consumption? Or doesn't it?

I would think the caps (silver cans) are to tune or to capture/convert .

As I see it the Primary towers are Tesla coils (outputs) and the secondaries are the extra coil (receivers).... centers of the extra coils could be single turn coils as mentioned which feed the capacitor banks which can feed the inverters as mentioned.

OU effect of pumping residual magnetization - discovered by Bolotov Vasily Mihailovic in 1938

Effect have been descovered before 74 years. If you get U-shape magnet or same U-shape (electromagnet) marked 4. on drawing and do magnetization with electromagnet marked 2. with help of crosspiece or bridge from soft-laminated magnetic core marked 3. with low hysteresis, you will get boost in remain magnetization of U-shape magnet or U-shape electromagnet.

The inventor Vasily Mihailovic think's that advent of crosspiece of soft magnetic core 3. (for example - laminated silicon steel) make additional additive magnetic but different kind of source primary field of electromagnet 2. In counteract you will get not fall off of net (overall) magnetic field but contrary high rising or boosting remain magnetization of U-shape magnet or U-shape electromagnet.

THIS EFFECT IS WORKING BUT IS HIDDEN FROM OUR EYES. The inventor Vasily Mihailovic haven't got a patent of this discovery and not only on this. That man have several hundred Amazing Discoveries and very few patents. For example one of it is discovery of cold nuclear fusion synthesis in specail radio lams which he haven't patented becouse his discovery is far away from official "science" outlooks. (Better words are official ignorance or official descience). FULL !!

ps. If somebody want to replicate and research this effect my advice is to try several layers or crosspieces of soft-laminated magnetic cores. In one case with same permeability or same susceptibility and in other with different magnetic permeability μ and  susceptibility chi-m properties.

Take a look on some 19 century OU machines or Self-Excitaton machines which have been know in that time. For example machine of Canadian engineer Vilde on picture 53.
The machine had been constructed in 1865. The power of this smal machine is so huge so his constructor had easy melted platinum bar 6 mm in diameter and 64 cm in lenght.

The principle is next: Betwen poles of magnet M on drawing 53. spinning little coil. Excited induced current in coil direct on winding of bigger electromegnet AB. Before come to electromagnet AB the ac current was rectified with help of special comutattor. Between poles TT' of electromegnet AB spinning bigger coil many times bigger from upper smaller coil.
Insignificant current excited with magnet M in smallest coil crossing through electomagnet AB with strenght of new induction make stronger excitation of lower coil. The characteristic property and dignity of Vilde machine is fact that with her help we can gain a powerful current from very smal magnet.

By the way Vilde had made a machine with 3rd electrical transmission lines i.e the current from second coil have passed away on winding of 3rd electromagnet. Induced current in biggest 3rd coil with easy had melted the big platinum bar 6 mm x 640 mm. (calculate how much current we need to do it now).

Another characteristic property of Vilde machine is a shape of spining induction coil. The inventor of such a type of coil is German engineer Siemens. Siemens had made a coil in form of cylinder with the soft-iron core in which longitudinally to cylinder lenght had cutted two grooves on diametral sides. (180 degree) for two windings. The windings made on a such way are parallel to longitudinal axis of coil. The Vilde machine and other series of similar machine have had a names machines with separated exciters.

If you can try to dig up construction details and photo of original Siemens longitudinal coil(s). I was searching on Siemens site but i have found nothing !! I really suspect we can find a patents for any of these series separated exciters machines !! It's understanding to all because these are OU-machines like famous Vilde machine.
