@Stivep, I 100% disagree that the energy the TK device gets is by
waves,so in my view you don't need a ground.I further believe that only certain parts
are related to Tesla.The motor in the can may be possible as a sort of pulse generator.

but to acquire information on TK's device for my own research.A question for you,
the helper in the greenbox video,that held the box,I think hes name is teto something like that,
has raccoon eyes,what relation is he to TK,isn't he the one taking to you
when you looked at the TK device in Georgia,didn't he also make the device under TK's instruction.
Althu I think that TK is part conman,why did the people in turkey drop TK's device that

Oh I beg to differ with you. A virtual ground is a pair of antennas. With each having it's own steady state potentials. Just like in radio's. It's not exactly like that but in my honest opinion the paired antenna's is a better description. Lets see what the definition is and maybe it will open your eyes....

Pay attention to the word "Node" a node is exactly what Tesla was using in the hair pin circuit and he also said it applies to wire and mass, resistance to a lesser extent, geometry is a larger effect.

Those virtual grounds do not even need to be big at all. If the cycles are high enough all you would need is very tiny virtual grounds. I think that would be in the Megacycles range. Tesla Also said that the higher the frequency the more powerful this kind of pump works.

I would also like to point out our speed through the Universe. If we understand that one little set of antenna is never in the same spot in any instance of time because of that speed. So the amount of medium we are floating in must be moving at incredible speed. I guess you have never read up on Tesla's high voltage experiments where he shows the structure of the field through the intensity of this kind of pump. Catch up to the rest of us. I believe TK is very versed in Tesla, he has to be. Because everything he is doing is based off of Tesla. It's very apparent. I think donald Smith was mentioned as well.

@Stivep when are we gonna get a translated video's to English. I want to hear his words as he talks in the videos. I would like someone to do this honestly and accurately. I think there are clues in his descriptions and we need to hear the truth about those words. I don't know any other language but English so if someone could do that honestly it would be better all around.

    I guess it is the first video made at the place he was renting but TK buries a radiator with attached cable.  He is duplicating what Tesla did in Colorado springs when he was trying to build a lightning arrestor so when the secondary broke out it wouldnt kill people.  TK then takes a second wire and attaches it to a water main.  He asks someone to measure the difference.  The guy takes a voltage reading.  Tesla took resistance readings.  Tesla watered down his buried ground metals but the water would just run through the soil and the resistance between that and the watermain run out to his site would go up over three thousand ohms.  When Tesla was experimenting with his transformer corona discharge would back down the watermains and make pipes glow purple white.  Now when miles of pipe line glow purple white (uv also and xrays etc.)  are we to believe that all this energy is coming from a generator going out to Tesla's spot then returning on metal pipes and somehow majically jumping into the powerplant generator through the neutral back through the boost transformers in a closed loop circuit.  Could this be a local event CATALYZED by the amount of charge distributed in the ground CAPACITOR.   Tesla theorized about an energy sink.  This would be analogous to a chamber with attached tube in a lake.  As water flowed into the chamber it passed through turbines.  The turbines drove electrolysis units converting the water to hydrogen and oxygen which continually floated out of the chamber.  The chamber never filled up so the pressure differential continually was maintained.  A few years later he remarked about his earlier energy sink mind exercise and stated he was successful in creating one.
