Hence, what correlates with the throttle in Kapanadze's device?

Condensing the device: Leave out the transistors. Since the 50Hz modulation is obviously done by the light blue inverter, there is nothing useful left for the two transistors to do. When there are no transistors, then there is also no real purpose for having a DC voltage, created by the transformer, the rectifier and the capacitor. Further leave out the orange coil, because this is only to connect the lamps in order to harness the energy created by the other coils, not to get the principle of work in itself.

This leaves the device with a bifilar coil (white cable, one side connected to ground), a helical coil in series with a spark gap (no tap between) connected to an unknown source of high voltage (maybe little Ruhmkorff resonator for initial start-up only), a switch and some small hidden parts in the tin can to link this together.

Since in the patent there is a black box called »Points (as distributor of an engine)« this could also refer to an interrupter mechanism à la Ruhmkorff. If TK had searched the internet with the term »Induction Coil« then - at least today - the first image found with Google is that of a Ruhmkorff coil.

I just woke up so I did not carefully read all recent comment,
But
There might be something in it.


About 1.5 month ago I spoke  with TK.
He was standing in front of real opportunity I have created  to him.
He could of have much bigger than Turkey   event.


My request was: It must be available to the humanity.
The "key person"  had nothing against.
That is the kind of people I like to deal with.
Request from me : No shows............ but show it with secrets reveled, and presentation to the world.
TK was about to become the best known person in the world.
That proposition was first  offered to me personally.
I have refused the offer as I felt that TK has priority as "first one in art."
I said to the   "key person"  I will not accept your offer till I contact with TK.
I strongly believe that TK is the one who should be given this opportunity not me.


Than I spoke with TK I asked him
will you accept the offer or will you  give me  your approval to accept that offer from  the "key person"   
His response was give me  few days  I will think about it, and contact you.


Well contact never happened till after deadline.
Than TK called me.
He simply do not understand that some mechanisms in the world   don't give a damn about
his willingness or not wiliness, ....the time past that is all, The train is gone TK must wait  for another train to the wealth.


I had to manage to convince the "key person" That it is not me but TK who should benefit.
He was not really into dealing with TK ,as TK always change his mind and do not keep his promise.
He needs someone who is reliable and has presentation.He also needs the person who has reputation and clean record.


There was specific time frame and after that day there is no deal.

So the  "key person"  and I  we both  pressed for electric  version of the device.
TK  was really in need of help and help was offered , big one...

Experimental Evidence of a Breach of Unity
Abstract
This First part of a two-part paper deals with results from a circuit that was designed to determine whether the amount of energy dissipated in a circuit could exceed the amount of energy delivered from a battery supply. If so, then this result would prove the basis of a magnetic field model that predicts an exploitable non-conservative field condition. This model is the subject of the second paper.
The distinction is drawn that the energy that is dissipated in a circuit is sourced from the induced potential difference in the circuit material itself.
Correspondingly then, the proposal is that the circuit material itself may be used as a supplementary and secondary energy supply source that has not, typically, been factored into the analysis of power conversion.

Test results show that this is, indeed, possible and that the inductive and conductive components of circuit material may be factored in as a potential energy supply source depending on the circuit design and intention.
