Zeitmachine, you think logically. I like that.
Here's what I think:
Kapandze's secret = transformer with 3 coils
Coil1 powered by function generator = RESONATOR
Coil2 in winding resonance with coil 1 = RESONATED
Coil3 Bifilar pickup coil in winding resonance. = CURRENT AMPLIFIER
Feedback Coil3 into Coil 1 = destruction of resonance  BUT:
Coil1 and 2 share a standing wave due to common ground on neutral side, therefore resonance is re-established.
Result = INFINITY LOOP
Then put a dummy load on infinity loop to prevent meltdown (ie sometimes a spark- gap)
ALL THAT IS IN IS PATENT- HAVE A  LOOK!! You just need to understand it.
That's why I think Jack Noskills is close.

Good thinking. strip the eye candy away and we are left with  just a few components. Notice the noise when the bare-bones unit with transformer is switched-on. This sounds to me like an initial overloading of the transformer. As you say, Jack Noskills could be close. The theory of operation may be a little complex but not the build I suspect. Remember SM's words about the TPU - 'its just a matter of how the coils are wired' - or something to that effect. I do hope we can eventually rule out a hoax but in the meantime perhaps more experimentation wiring transformers in every which-way may prove fruitful.

My understanding is that the Tesla transmission of energy through the ground required a large metal structure, (acting as a receiver) in the ground.
The ground wire was disconnected for a few seconds with no effect on the load.
Even if Tariel is transmitting electricity we would still be interested in doing a deal with him, because it opens up  the prospect of electric cars without the need for huge power batteries. Then maybe we would drop criminal prosecution against him and his team. Of course we would have to repay all the scammed victims.

No droop prosecution is just like giving him fresh  air to do it again...

An alternate opinion:


2004 video was early prototype and nothing is hidden.

There is no means for overunity in an ordinary transformer.

TK method for driving TK coil is secret.  If you find translation of green box video in pdf from years ago TK says resonator is in the box and is secret.  TK also says he found way for primary to always resonate with secondary and he names this autoresonance.  This is not electromagnetic resonance or even a resonance at all.  I attach this file.

The measurements are not successful since current is longitudinal else power flow to earth will not work.  Clamp meter does not measure longitudinal current with electric field parallel with wire.  This is where the answer will find.

The ether cares because electric field modifies ether but only with rapid change.  The repetition rate is what TK confuses with resonance.

See in all TK coils that the cable to ground is inside the coil.  Why is this?

We are far from the trash and expect full success in 2012.

Can anyone here build low frequency high voltage pulser with variable frequency?  Am I solo?

Yeah, who said it was not investigated. Delamorto can said something about it (if he wish and I know he is here) . There was article by SR913 about it, but let's not complicate ....
