Good stuff, now we have scientific proof and instructions how to make a working device. This is not TK but who cares. What we need to do is crank up the power level and make a resonant tank circuit out of the toroid. Then cap made out of copper plates to collect the fluctuating magnetic field from the toroid and same resonant frequency in that circuit. As it does not affect on toroid side resonance is maintained and power is not used. BTW this looks like mislavski trafo as explained in the Utkin paper.

Maybe copper plates could be replaced with bifilar pancake coils and output would be amplified even more ?

Capacitor in the (electric) flux lines of a coil exactly what TK did in the aquarium 1 device.
The left standing tubular cap is also at a 90 degree angle.
Although the chinese cap inside the toroid apparently ensures a better (electric field) coupling.

Judging from other close-ups, it is a rolled capacitor from copper sheets with some dielectric layer in the right coil
and it has a cylindrical brass core.

Maybe an additional coupling quantity between toroid and plate capacitor is formed by the magnetic vector potential?
This topology couples BOTH the magnetic and electric field lines at the same time, if the B-Field
created by the displacement current cuts the toroid core at all and the B-Field circulating inside the toroid core
creates electric field lines in the center of the toroid cutting the capacitor plates. The B-Field is the domain of the lenz devil hehe.
It's simple but ingenious.
