Let me repeat, how I understand your description of the Mustafa device:
In the middle is the load (RH, 2..3 kWatt).
Left side from load RH is the current source (Source 1).
The indermediate circuit (in between T1 and T2) is for current-Resonanz.
Right side from load RH is Source 2. Source 2 gives voltage spikes to load.
Voltage spikes are done with thyristor or spark gap or gas discharge tube.
Current (Source 1) and Voltage (Source 2) meet at load RH.
Current and Voltage are 180° out of phase at the load RH.

Is this a rough description of how it may work.

Please, make these calculations: add the energy possibly stores in his many "high" voltage caps and the one in the batteries. When I made then it was the exact time the car has run; would it be pure random phenonenon?
