ok, so this works on the principle of electromagnetic induction where first bobin generated high electromagnetic field which interacts with second bobin with low electromagnetic field and from those two fields is formed much more powerfully third electromagnetic field. It is important to note that the output second bobin should have a less windings but filled with a thick wire!, order not to induce the high voltage since the we need a low voltage and high current.
