Finally is the toroid braced sufficiently in that plastic holder to remain stationary while applying the greatest torque to the shaft? (consider Newton's 3'rd law).

   I don't know about plasma welding, or what one would need to do quality work. I'm not familiar with that.
  The video you posted shows some very nice plasma sparks, if those are what you mean by "plasma welding". I wish that I could understand what is being said. I am slowly learning Russian, little by little, just by picking it up from these videos.

  I am very interested in replicating the no battery idea, soon as possible.
  And also trying to understand the logic behind the two different triple wired coils, and how they are working together, in order for the device to function, as shown, or even better yet. As I notice that there is a heat issue that is unresolved, yoke noise, and possibly other things to work out still.
The "driver circuit" is what I don't understand, if it is something commercially made, or home made or adapted, for this purpose.  The rest of the circuit looks relatively simple to replicate, other than that. I hope...
  The reason that I mentioned about the iron core transformer, is that, if a similar circuit like the 1kw no battery circuit can be replicated using a regular 12v to 220v iron cores transformers, or something like that, it would prove that Ferrite is not the sole reason and cause of a working device. Nor possibly the alfa/beta decay process, as well. That is the idea. Which would also make for safer circuits, as well. This is all speculation, at this time, though. My immediate mission is to get the beast running on its own power. first.
But, ready made store bought easy to find parts to replicate with, would have less risk of failure, from wrong wiring, wrong wire size, wrong turn count, etz...  It would also be much easier for even low tech people to work with and build these types of devices, most anywhere.
  What I have seen is that resonance is everything, and these devices are also very frequency dependent, as well.   If it's even slightly off,  there's no cigar.

The run-up of TK's motor is not IMO consistent with a motor that has plenty of torque, which is why I question whether the generator is really being turned by the motor. It is more akin to a monopole motor / energiser of the Bedini type. I have not eliminated this possibility from my mind, especially as this would make sense of the kick-start coils that Grum suggests are on the shaft, as again the monopole motor is not a self-starter. There is enough space in the square section of the bearing pillar block for a decent sized and heavy current coil and its not too far fetched an idea that there are strong Neo PM's sandwiched in the brass disc. The kick-start coil would not need a really robust bracing / mounting if used in this scenario as very little torque would be required to start either a Marinov or monopole motor assuming that with the monopole motor that the trigger coil had sufficient ampere turns.

You will have noted that TK is pulsing the 'starter motor' to, as it were 'will' the rotor to self rotate and take-off. This is very characteristic of a monopole motor that needs sufficient current in the trigger coil induced from the PM's on the rotor, to start switching the power coil. The air gap between a possible coil in the bearing block and brass flywheel disc is reasonably wide but not too wide for the motor to work and this could be an indicator as to why he appears to have some difficulty getting the motor to accelerate.

If it is true that the shaft is not steel, then this would presumably rule out the Marinov motor but not the monopole motor / generator.

Very good bearings might last several hours but it would be hard to miss their smell and heat. 
Also they have to be supplied with 100s of Amps of current and those bearing posts both appear solidly welded to the metal base and therefore shorted together electrically.
Really?!  What do you think was powering those lights and why did the lights stayed dark when the V-belt was taken off the generator pulley (note that the wiring did not change)?
The point is that the properties of the saw-like sound are not related to the angular speed of the shaft at all.  They are, however, related to the angular acceleration of the shaft. This is incompatible with the behavior of hidden belts in the pillow blocks and with the behavior of Marinov Motors.
I have no 100% proof but that saw-like sound seems to be related to the process that is responsible for the acceleration of the shaft.  The temporal correlation is 100%.

Also, watch the video at the time indexes 36:54 and 40:32 and notice that the bearing noise is also clearly audible, but it is a completely different sound from the saw-like sound.
The bearing sound  begins as a low rumble and then increases its frequency and amplitude proportionally to the angular speed of the shaft (eventually drowning out the constant amplitude of the saw-like sound) ...and this bearing noise decreases in the same manner during spin-downs.

Grum's explanation about singing saw blades does not fit here because the "singing' frequency of these blades is strongly dependent on their angular speeds (RPMs).
Also, there are no saw-blades anywhere in sight. So what would make a constant frequency and a constant amplitude sound resembling a saw, and why is this saw-like sound audible, only when the shaft is accelerating?

Don't be afraid to argue for the Marinov Motor idea.  I want an intelligent conversation about this and I will not be offended if you oppose my interpretations.  In fact I welcome them if they are based on rigorous thinking.
I welcome your input and I will accept it if it makes logical sense.

Please consider my "acoustic" arguments rigorously.

Taking your points in turn: -

Yes, my bearings did get hot but not that quickly that I could not have run a reasonably convincing video session without smoke appearing.

As I commented in my previous post, I am not convinced that the motor was turning the generator!

Like you I'm still perplexed about the saw like sound.

I'm not at all fixed to the Marinov motor explanation as I do accept that the bearing issue weighs against its credibility.

Edit: Its possible that both discs were being driven in a monopole configuration. Its also feasible that the generator was doctored such that it ran reasonably free and played no part in generating power. Also note that that the toroid coil was being measured whilst TK was having a problem in getting the motor to accelerate, which strongly suggests to me that the toroid plays a part in starting the motor.
