So the explanation for the 220 V 3 phase output was for excitation of the large alternator? Well in all my career I have never met a Stator AC excited alternator.

Neither did I, but we have not proof that the electric current in this 3 wire cable was 3-phase.

If you study different types of electric motors you'll notice that some of them do not exhibit any cogging or drag when their supply circuits are open. e.g. Russian electric juicer motors are of that type.
Do you think that the drive mechanism was engineered to make that saw-sound or the sound arised accidentally as the result of the drive mechanism's construction ?

If the frequency of that sound is constant and the nature of propulsion is mechanical then it means that something is slipping quietly.  That is not very plausible considering the huge moment of inertia involved.

However, the whole idea of belt in the pedestal is negated by the gap under the pedestals which you can see here.

Yes that is true with universal motors if they are open circuited. That's the type of motor I would use. They work just fine with DC.

And again, to begin with I was mainly trying to explain possibilities for the  the circular saw type sound it made. 

I think the sound is inherent in the design, maybe a variable speed drive could be utilized, hydraulic or otherwise as is sometimes used in ride on motor mowers and such things.

A scrapped ride on mower might provide the parts. It seems to be a modified version of the seemingly peripherally driven one.

I just can't get past how it sounds like a circular saw.

Tk is paranoid about anyone discovering hes secret,so hides it in what ever way he can.
Hes not trying to show that the device is without question over unity but maybe or maybe not overunity,main thing is hid it.There are plenty of people willing to give him money.
Hes money source is demo's not selling a free energy device,in my opinion its too simple to sell.

Yes agreed, getting money from demo's was probably his prime objective as is people showing faked video's to gain 'hits' on Youtube. IMO the aqua2 video is almost certainly a fake but its ingenious, whereas his earlier attempts are not very clever at all! Also, back when he did these motor videos I think people were more open to them being genuine than since then, now that so many videos have been exposed as faked. I'm quite sure that TK would have a much harder job to sell his motor demos today.
