He write 40 Вт лампочка горит в пол накала при потреблении от аккума 12 В 0,5 А, т.е.  инвертор работает почти в холостую, на лампочке синус!  Полная автономность, питание от аккума 7 Ач.

Inverter eficienty is 80 about precents (without load can be and 60 precents I think), then input is 5-6 wats, output 12 watts let say. It work from battery 12 volts 7 Ah. 12 volts battery have about 12.5 volts.

I've been on this forum for several years and as far as I can remember (around the Yoke device posts) Wesley has never tried to hide that some of his inspiration came from Tiger. 
The "T" in the name of the team working on the Yoke device was for "Tiger".
STAAAR Team = Stivep, Tiger, Aidas, Arunas, Antanas, Rostislav.

AFAIK this team improved on Tiger's ideas and they never tried to hide it.  Wesley was always overt about it.

U r wrong! stivep dishonest man who like to be inventor but  he not able so he trying to find Russian "Иван -дурак", to add himself into schamatics instead of name of Inventor then he going to erase "Иван - дурак" from schematics and video! Hi did it with Tiger! I noticed that and start a war for Tiger - now Westley is not able to erase Tiger from files forever! That is my "победа"!

Или даёт прибавку, то я не проверял (нет у меня инвертора), но что будет лампа гореть, то я похожую проверял от 20 вольт (лампа горела нормально). И как тот человек писал земля ничегго не даёт, хоть на схеме она и нарисованна.
