@Zeitmashine, On the patent WO 2013104042 interesting how there is a small loop shown to Earth, this is similar to a loop on the outer copper on Kapanadze single blue coil. Google Images 'Kapanadze coil', there are several early images of just that coil shown.

I have drawn a schematic from it. Even if it's pretty simple; I did not get the effect.
I used a lawton pulser, with lowest frequency and a diode in series, to get an
open circuit, when the internal mosfet shuts off.
I chose a On/Off ratio, at which the lamp is barely lit and apply the HV, with no effect.
You cannot see any diodes in the HV circuit in the vid.
The spark gap is not in action, also not in his videos.
If we cannot get to the point with the simples setup's forget about replicating akulas device. Chance to get it equals 0.

i don't know how schematic of lawton pulser look like especially output stage. On the video SR193 used 50hz generator on TL494 and one of transistors for pulsing coil with 1.9Hz or lower. Try to get field exactly like compas have shown in video. About HV diodes maybe they are in green thiick conductor in series. Try with HV DC output.
I think you  couldn't catch an effect because your primary and secondary coils are in phase and need to be in antiphase like in any Tesla setup. So rotate inner coil for 180 degrees or wound it again anti-parallel. SR193 used counter setup. He pulsing secondary coil and modulating primary with 1.9 Hz. Secondary shoud have many turns of thin copper wire.
So try on that way and inform us what you have done ! OK ??
