      I was wondering what happens when you have an oscillating system in a dc electric field.  Like the 300volt per meter electric field emanating from the Earth.  Capable of accelerating electrons to high velocities if you get all the rest of the crap floating around out of the way.  Isn't a lightning bolt just a big wire that allows electrons to flow from the conductor of the ground to the conductor of the cloud.   Electric fields accelerate things like electrons.  Without the electric field emanating from the Earth there would be no reason for the Earth to cloud movement of electrons in the plasma channels through the air dielectric. 
   Before the current flows in a dielectric breakdown event there is a very significant concentration of charge.  This is like a sharp point on a capacitor plate.  The electrical density is very high at this point compared to the rest of charge distribution on the plate.  This causes electric field conditions whereby electrons are ripped from atomic orbitals of the dielectric near the sharp pointy thing.  This leaves an ion and a free electron.  This is what plasma is.  The magnetic field will determine where the electron ends up in relationship to the parent ion.  This is construction of a wire.  When the wire gets close enough to the negative plate it pulls it's electrons directly from it and the dielectric is compromised.  The electric field is what is progressing ahead of the plasma.  When we have a dielectric breakdown that begins inside a capacitor but never shorts the capacitor then things get interesting.  View an oscillator embedded in an accelerating electric field.   It appears that the accelerating electric field is somehow capable of accelerating electrons inside the oscillator mass without dielectric breakdown of the external capacitor.

I think i would agree with hoppy, i am done here too (unless action is taken) as this place is getting infested with lower quality thinking, let aside that i firmly believe that kapanadze tech is a fallacy on its own, but that's not the main reason.
