After posting Antanas /LITHUANIA circuit diagram and digging through some youtube videos.
I am entice by this full uncut video which also include the ringing up waveform from oscilloscope   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7jbUA6_10c      which also speaks some english.
A person in video mentioned there is high level of violation related to conservation of energy and there is a part where they measured in the input from mains at 3.4watt to power 100watt light bulb.

This is for people whom wish to build this OU device.I am currently involved in HHO project at fine tuning stage to further increase HHO bubble production after my recent video upload.Refer to my youtube channel "sanjev21" .
At this moment i manage to grabs the full understanding on how to assemble the coil base on youtube description and video.

Procedure to assemble primary and secondary coil base on my understanding as shown in video.

Caduceus coil primary winding using (length 1metre/100cm per strand) of 2mm wire which consist of 5 strands in parallel on 45mm diameter tube-Video.

There is a layer of insulation between primary and secondary.This would make tube diameter increase to 60mm.

Secondary winding description-
60mm with insulation one wind secondary wire length: 23.5cm Secondary coil: secondary wire length 520cmx2, 10cmx3 for connections The right hand + left hand winding. The right

hand winding goes to caduceus coil connectors side. capacitance between primary and secondary 143-147pf All wires have same diameter - 2mm.

(My observation base on video related to secondary coil from center tap is 24 turns(2mm wire) towards to the Caduceus leads out and i noticed 24 turns towards the another

The current uptake not 15mA , rather 150mA... so the primer performance uptake 34,... watt ...

Hey, I think I found a switch that might work for my Tesla Kapanadze replication.  Since I am broke at the moment, I think I might try this or something similar.  Any thoughts on me using a switch like this to create the Make and Breaks for the Impulse wave??  I will eventually get a Thyristor type of Impulse generator to create much faster Impulse trains and be able to vary the speed of the impulses and maybe see if that will keep resonance.  If not I am sure I can figure another way to do it.

I have long been of the opinion that one of Tariel's tricks is to use a simple wireless inductive power transmission system.

Then what are the tricks of Nilson Barbosa?

Astoundingly no one here seems to be interested in the Barbosa patent CAPTOR DE ELÉTRONS since pages. Could this be a hint that this is the right track to go?

Could there be indeed a »trick« of Nilson Barbosa? Is this »trick« to use coils on an E-core with DC current?

   I've tried to look for information concerning the device invented and patented by Nilson Barbosa, but I have only found a video of his lecture on the internet.
I am interested in his ideas, but, when trying to open the PDF file that you've linked to, I can only view the first page, or so. 
  So, do you have a link that will open, to view more of his work? Or is it just me that can't get to it? I can read and write in his language
