These first tests are looking good. I do have a suggestion though and you can take it or leave it.

MOV transformers are very cheaply made and not the most efficient either. I remember adding a 5 microfarad capacitor to the primary and quite literally halved the input magnetisation current, ie no load condition.
This idea will help improve the overall efficiency. It might be prudent to measure the inductance of the primary winding with the secondary fully shorted. I use this online calculator for finding "C".

Important safety note: Do not use a normal high power transformer for T1. These are not designed to be short circuited.

The output voltage range shown is an 'on-load' voltage for an inexpensive arc/spot welder.

Can you post how many turns on each leg of the 2 transformers?
Obviously I don't need to know how many turns on the 110V Welding transformer primary but the turns on the other 5 coils in your schematic would help.

I've been working on a multi transformer circuit for a while and i think we are on similar paths.

I will have the MOT transformer with 12 turns in the secondary using thicker wire and one inductor. Between them I will install a diode and the load.....[/font]
Something came to my mind.... Even there is some doubts about if he was using some radioactive material, Hubbard in some way use the conception that we will to use....[/font]
