Why should we need all this stuff anyway when Stepanov gets free energy out of two transformers and a capacitor (all 3-phase)?
You could prove your (most important) point by building such a device with permanent grid feed and then presenting it to some smart observers as the real free energy thing.

Not seen any progress reports on the Stepanov device lately. Is it ready for marketing?

That would be just as misleading as what TK is doing. Mind you, I would probably get away with it using the team that observed TK's Aqua2 device.

  I guess we'll just have to shell out the $6000 for one of Nilson/Barbosa simple two transformer device. IF they ever sell one. But, seems kind of steep, for the few parts that its supposed to use. They must be huge transformers, or something.  Or a very expensive fairly empty box.  Don't you think???

  Baroutogos:  This is what I've done on even less than 12v, on both a 60 watt CFL, and a 60 watt incandescent.  And it's Free energy when running off of my tiny 10v solar panel, also. But, in this picture they were on 12v 1000mA wall adapter. 
  I don't have or use 220v bulbs here.
  Second pic is as far as I've gotten so far with my version of the Akula type device.

That's an unfair comment. The aqua 2 was a starter. The real deal was coming next but Tariel got spooked when he saw the space age state of the art equipment we had come with on the second occasion.
He said we could see how his device worked with the x-ray equipment.
The result was, as you know, he blew the deal.

  I don't think that most of us like playing games, as can be seen by the amount of devices that have been seen on this thread lately.
  The buying of the Nilson/Barbosa device, well, we'll have to leave that to the Chinese, they'll know what to do with it. Give them a year or two and it will only cost $600, or less, from them. Mark my words. 
Or, you can connect a couple of transformers together yourself, and say a few magic words. See if that works...
