Correct, at 19:45 the transformer is connected to the battery for the first time with croc clips over the wires already feeding the inverter.

A step recovery diode (SRD) is a semiconductor junction diode having the ability to generate extremely short pulses. It is also called snap-off diode or charge-storage diode or memory varactor, and has a variety of uses in microwave electronics as pulse generator or parametric amplifier.

When diodes switch from forward conduction to reverse cut-off, a reverse current flows briefly as stored charge is removed. It is the abruptness with which this reverse current ceases which characterises the step recovery diode.

About the LIETUNOV VOLODYMYR patent and Tesla's book.


In his book Inventions of Nikola Tesla page 335, 336 Tesla were explaining how he been using one wire high frequency, high voltage to fill capacitor and drive a motor.
Is it possible to fill capacitor with one wire??? Obviously it is.
On that picture (fig.180) on the page 335 of Tesla's book we have Tesla's high voltage coil, high frequency, one wire (just as Lietunov stated) filling the capacitor with enough current to drive motor.

If we connect one end of high frequency Tesla coil (high voltage coil from LIETUNOV VOLODYMYR patent) to that arrangement (like in Tesla's book page 335) and that capacitor is at the same time inside high pressure field of that Tesla coil, maybe that capacitor will charge faster and more heavily under the influence of all free electrons in that field.
In that case we have capacitor of some capacity which tends to be full inside of that field. All we have to do is put output switching transistor (50 Hz frequency) on that capacitor for delivering current.

The only way for getting high current from high voltage Tesla coil (except step down transformer) is by using capacitance of capacitor.

Capacitor is the current device! Bifilar coil is also capacitor, just as caduceus coil.

I suspect that Tariel wrapped bifilar coil (or coaxial) around his high voltage Tesla coil to serve as output capacitor. He is converting high pressure field of Tesla coil into capacitance. I saw a few days ago Youtube clip where some guy wrapped small coil around capacitor and with every spark he was getting 30-40 mA out, he was just showing the principle. When I saw that then I got this idea of capacitor and Tesla coil.

Another funny thing from book Inventions of Nikola Tesla page 337 is that with varying distance between plates of capacitor we can greatly change current in coil. If we can move great quantities of electrons around with so little effort by moving capacitor plate for an half of the millimetar isn't that free energy?? Move apart plates and electrons are lose and they go from capacitor to coil , close back plates and electrons will go back in the capacitor. Only thing what you have to do is maintain voltage on cap for which is not needed so much energy.

For example take two 1uF, 2000V capacitors. Fill them with let's say 1000V. Put the coil between minus leg of the first cap and minus leg of the second cap and connect it. So you have coil (for example primary of transformer) connected to minus plates of two capacitors. Now, move apart plate of the first cap and close together plates of the second. Electrons will rush from minus plate of the first cap through coil (transformer) to minus plate of the second cap (and vice versa). Movement of electrons through coil is for the cost of varying distances of the plates of that two caps, and it is open circuit, there is no loss, electrons are always there but moving from one plate to another and vice versa, and maintain voltage from time to time on that caps.

How can you vary capacitance in a solid state manner? Switching between one solo capacitor and two in a series will half and double capacity.

This case remind me of Tariel's mechanical rotation device (his first one). Put on the rotor high voltage plus and in the coil on the stator hi voltage minus , with every revolution of rotor there will be varying of capacitance and movement of electrons in that coil.
Varying distance between plates of capacitor is like the lever. Little effort to move big things.

Maybe Tariel were trying to made that principle of LEVER solid state and he ends up with his today's device.

And maybe I am wrong about everything I said, who knows.
