Here are just my thoughts to add into this virtual scrapyard thread

The all Kapanadze, Dally, Akula, Searl SEG devices have two things in common:
The electrostatic field from one source and strong magnetic field from another source. Then they are mixed to get current amplification. The electrostatic field helps to get "free" electrons and magnetic field directs them into flow.

So the answer is there, now how many of you really played around on the experiments with that...?
