It seems people have a strange view of what potential and current actually are and do.

In order for a current to flow, weather conductor current or displacement current, a potential or voltage must be applied, simple.

An electrical potential or voltage causes charge to flow and that is electrical current. Power is voltage x current, power transfers energy.

The higher the voltage applied the less current is required for a given power.

No current flow equals no flow of charge equals no power and no energy transferred.

Before electrical charge can flow a voltage must be applied.

With voltage and no current there is no power, with no voltage no current can flow.

All single wire transmission systems use displacement current to complete the current loop.

Single wire transmission and use does require power, there is current and energy is used.

Tesla's single wire motor works on the principal that the plate at the end of the single wire utilizes displacement current to charge the capacitance of the plate and that causes a current to flow in the wire which causes a magnet field to form in the coil, the magnetic filed in the coil exerts an influence on the disc causing eddy currents and opposing magnetic effects in the disc. The system uses power and energy is transferred to the disc/rotor via the magnetic field caused by the current which was caused by the alternating potential applied to the ground and the coil-plate, the alternating potential is not free to create and apply.

I agree, but I'd like to notice that the concept of voltage does not explain what the difference in potential is of.
Calling it an "electric field potential", does not answer the question.

Now THAT is interesting, Thanks for posting that experiment link. Rotating disk and charges static on the disk is a current, yes for sure, it is moving charge = magnetic field.

I'll need to give that a good read.

The Final Secret of Free Energy

Meanwhile, the necessity for using a special material for the collector has been bypassed by another procedure we have utilized. Rigorously one can use a normal capacitor as the collector, if one step-charges it in several hundred small incremental rectangular voltage steps (stair-step-charging). The proof that this can freely charge a capacitor with energy, without having to do appreciable work, is already known in the literature. You can charge the capacitor without entropy and essentially without drawing electron mass current.

So as it seems Kapanadze's trick is to do this by means of a resonant LC circuit and high voltage. Thus what could happen if an asymmetrical high voltage capacitor, acting as a voltage/energy source (because it interacts with the quantum potential due to its asymmetry) connected to a high voltage transformer, which is driven by a square wave generator, charges the capacitor of a 50Hz LC circuit in incremental steps with a frequency of e.g. 100KHz but only when the LC circuit is in a certain state of its oscillation, meaning the high voltage has to be synchronized (modulated, kept in resonance with) by the exact frequency of that LC circuit? (Sorry for the long sentence)

That would mean we should connect our asymmetrical high voltage capacitor -something like an ionocraft- to AC HV rather than to DC HV, wouldn't it?

Also Kapanadze was worried about finding the proper coaxial cable. Don't tell me that in whole Georgia he coulnt find a coaxilal at all. I am sure in most undeveloped African countries you can find coaxial cables if not with easy but you will find it probably for the sure 99% success !!

Could it be it is mandatory that this »proper« coaxial cable can withstand high voltage not just high frequency?

Actually a coaxial cable is an asymmetrical capacitor. It is equally coaxial like a Leyden jar. If the metal foil inside of the jar is removed then the metal rod would be the small plate of the capacitor and the metal foil on the outside would be the large plate of the (asymmetrical) capacitor.

Now all we need is proof that an asymmetrical capacitor can indeed interact with the seething virtual state vacuum.
