He is using stochastic mixing. Akulla has figured it out and it's the basis of his schematics.
He is mixing radiant energy generated by high frequency make/break and superimposing 400
watts from his inverter.
The spark gap is no way a 220 volt gap. it's too big and not noisy enough. Definitely a frequency
mixture. 100%.
Carlos Benitez figured this out 100 years ago. It's the same principle.

Because the wind wheel is constructed asymmetrically. A symmetrical wheel will not rotate even with any amount of wind pressure (except the wind pressure is applied asymmetrically).

That's obvious - both need to be asymmetric.
The wind is more interesting to discuss than a pinwheel.

But it's obvious only because we can sense the wind, so we know what we are doing. Unfortunately we have no senses for electric, magnetic or quantum fields.

We don´t see it either, and it is all around, yet no one knows just how to use it.

   Just made my new Mazilli circuit today, using the two IRFP260N Fets, but with no protection zeners, on it yet, as I can´t find the 5 watt ones, that Hoppy recommends.
I connected my previously made yoke core coil to this new circuit, and with it I´m able to light three bulbs up to now. Two 100w, and a 60watt bulb, partially. 
I´m using a 12v, 4.5aH battery, and a Pc fan on the crt which does help to keep it running cooler.
  I´ll try more bulbs on it tomorrow, as well as start to tune the tank circuit, using different value caps, etz...

  If any one can recommend a simple, proven, feed back circuit, for this device, please do so.
  I´ll post some pics, soon. And I´ll also be making the GeoFusion magnetic resonant generator using this same Mazilli circuit, which will be connected to a flyback core, as well as his other type of air coils, and caps, with pieces of ferrite inside the pipe.

sometimes posts on this thread surprises me... 
how with such good attitude  there is no single proven replica ? incredible !
just take flyback or car coil and try how to eliminate noise, of course this is the only possibility - self-inductive spike - totally silent even if passing 5kW
