Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

He's not claiming a self runner, or OU, so no cheating at all. He even states he intends to connect a solar panel to the capacitor.

..

Exactly, no cheating at all. How refreshing to see a genuine video. :)

LED lamps usually have raised ali heat radiator spines. The lamps on the massive heat sink appear to be glass encapsulated which would be consistent with the halogen type. We only see the lamps lit for a very short time, so 8.6A would be no problem from a lithium battery pack. Having said this, it would be interesting if anyone has seen or used LED lamps in full glass encapsulations the same as for halogen lamps.

I agree 8.6 amps for a lipo or lion battery pack is easy. and the voltage does jive with three cells in series.
But the halogens I have also have a reflective coating on the inside, which prevents light from shining though the side of the halogen lamps. The Lamps in the "self run" video seem to allow light through the sides of the lamps.

In Kyle's video he states he has "gutted" his 110 v or 220 volt LED's and I think removed the heat sinks, My point is that a set of LED Lamps could be made to look like Halogen lamps with some creativity. Maybe. And there is no reason to trust the digital meter reading, and also no need to run those wires where they were run to the provide the meters a connection to the circuit. Light coming through the sides of the halogens makes no sense to me, going by the halogen lamps I have in front of me.  :)

What are the heat sinks on an LED lamps for grid voltages actually for, why are they needed ? The rectifiers ? Down converter transistors ?

Yes Kyle is a genuine experimenter not interested in baloney, and he is a good guy as well if my intuition serves me well, going by my interactions with him.

Cheers

Here are a couple of photos of my 12V halogen lamp which does show the same effect of light coming through the sides.

Yes I see, so it does, mine doesn't, what a waste of light that is.  ;D
