In the drawing the coax is l3. I wonder in which frequency range L2 is tuned to! Is the tuning cap 1.5uF? Then perhaps is tuned to around 50hz, and by this modulates the frequency of the rg cable so to demodulate it before ATX through the FWB.

L1 have about 470 turns 0.33 mm emalated wire. L2 have 159 turns 0.85 mm emalated wire. L3 is coxial cable 21 turn. L4 is output coil. It have 83 turns. In place were no coxial cable it have 3 layers and about 50 turns, on coaxial cable it have one layer and about 33 turns.
Ringing not transformer, ringing capasitors that conected to L2 coil.
L2 coil frenquency is seems about 4.2 kiloherc. Flip flop generator frenquency can be 3-4  times lower and duty cycle 10-18 precents. So flip flop generator frenquency can be 1.05 kiloherc.

Only one guy replicated (TopRuslan), how he say, he seems make some diferences, but make his divice based on Dally. 
I tryed replicate, not make exatly like in Dally divice and not sucsesfuly replicate.
