Akka I do thank you very much  for set of videos you brought to my attention.
I have heard about Mr. Petrik.
However I was not deeply impressed with  his discovery .
There is lack of credits conforming his findings.
Despite all of that, as much as he is  experimentally  sound, he must perform in country  where corruption and bribes are present  in every area of life starting from toilet paper to industries and politics.



Reason  for him befriending Putin so simple.  Fallow the money.
Putin  is accused of enormous wealth based on money paid to him by various  Russian oligarch and  group of interests.
By that we may understand possibility of Putin accepting money for something that should not show up on global market.
e;g. We may speculate that   Petrik  is not finished as the - recourse it is convenient to keep him alive .He can be "activated" any time and lifted high depends  from the fact of  how much new demands will be formulated  by Putin to the western world of business.


I also assume that Petrik  gets his small share from such activity if any.

Education:
I need also stress that Russian Nation is extremely well educated and has  incredible potential   yet not fully  utilized.
That is due to one  good thing that was  created in soviet oppression system.
Free  education.
In the foundation of the system in mind was to create  human forces that could be ready to handle  any possible task with little to none effort and than killed or eliminated  if needed  with quite easiness  to find replacement.

I must  admit that USA is very much far behind the Russian nation in broad education.
I must also  admit that major difference between USA and Russia is:
Russia:
1 - very broad education  placing individual on the top of perceptual abilities
2.- educated nation is difficult to  keep tight - that problem  was solved by creation of  total lies in any possible area to such extend that anyone  can get lost  in what is true  and what is not.
3 - one Russian can process many tasks from many different areas of science  perfectly well. (Even if such areas are far away from each other.)
4.-  one Russian  has much greater chances to become inventor or  creative, than most of the westerners ( my personal opinion)
5.- life in Russia pushed by lack of comfort almost every child to repair  appliances, automobiles, do construction work ( just to save on  cost of labor)
that gave them  push to  succeed in the world of unknown.


USA:
1. extremely narrow education creating robots that have little to none chances of doing job wrong.
2. team  work makes american  work forces  performing excellent,  fast, reliable in   almost any task given. 
3. Structure of English language is able to  make short commands to fallow in plain language without need  or requirement  for worker to know more.
4.system is interested with  end product and not worker or workers satisfaction, by that excellent quality  of products made in USA gain well respected reputation. 
5. system in USA is free of  corruption  on the level of middle class. Some of  government tactics are to allow  to an individual to have some freedom of none-registered income.
6. wealth of choices( not wealth of person)  makes most of everyday toys to be  extremely  inexpensive to the average Joe.
7. most of Americans  decides rather pay for services than  DIY. By that they become more   and more limited in their   multi-skills.But that makes plenty of them profit from  that what they know and how they  use it.


8- Negative for business is  saturation of everything in  any possible field of life, technology  and science.
That pushes american business to go to China looking for cheap labor.
Technological  progress of China during  last 20 years is grater than in past 2000 years of China history.
Fashion is changing  formats of clothing to put the pressure on man to feel need to  spend on new suits.
Due to mass production and cheap Chinese labor, metal and other production machinery are being sold for price of scrap  just to free place for rental.
USA is slowly becoming nation of maintenance guys.


Obsolescence is pushed to the limits - anything you touch is  more expensive to repair than buy new.
Spare parts are almost  impossible to obtain.

The value of my  lab (in new purchase prices ), is  better to do not publicly mention ......just to do not create a chance  of heart attack to some of you.
But again  if I want to sale it ........ there is no buyer.... nobody is interested in exotic junk even if it is  like  new.


The good thing USA  government is doing to us is :
- we are allowed to have incredibly advanced  technologies, devices, for  in many cases less then the scarp value .However we are not allowed to sale them at all or   not allowed to  sale them abroad.( depends from  the device).


- Because USA is country of professionals( limited beautiful robots)  ,slide variation  makes some  advanced technologies not in field of interest of average Joe.
"easiness of life"- to get what you want  makes most of the people not interested with collecting exotic science devices.( sometimes not interested with anything  at all)


That makes me directly profiting from lack of possible competition  in  my hunt for science  junk( sometime  junk that was never used , never even unpack from their crates- packs.- brand new old junk )
That what is considered old can be only few months old or few years old.


Explanation: if one company was acquired by  another company  everyone is happy:
1.- big guy eliminated his direct competition and can now use some of  competition technology if needed.
2.- small company  gets payed well under markets  rules  get sold or we  make you collapse by e.g lowering our prices)
3. - I.m happy. Nobody wants to buy perfectly new and good technology as there is no longer service for it and I'm skilled in so many different fields.
5. - Price for  that what others do not want is  in many cases almost "no price"..just take it out and be happy.We need  empty space  for other activity.

  And just what is the output provided by the nano carbon battery?  I didn't view all the links. As this is all off topic, also.
  In the last video link is mentioned 2.5v, and needs charging, also.
Free energy?   Where is that being shown. And how is this different from a galvanic battery or cell, made partly out of carbon, which will break down and deteriorate fairly quickly. The higher the output the faster it will break down by the galvanic process.
The picture with Bush does not inspire confidence.

Viktor Ivanovich Petrik. has got  2.6 millions dollars  from Putin  to launch  his invention .in 2010.In Russia you can make as much progress with that money as in USA with:
5000 : 200=25( factor derived from average salary that is approximation to spending for similar everyday needs.It pictures price of goods vs cost of labor)
2600000 x 25=65 000000 dollars
If we take  inequality  in material cost between USA and Russia it would be smart to cut that in half to be correct in  calculation.

It makes very much clear how to deal with Russian when you are tempted by Russian inventor or Russian product.

For Russian it is important to know how West works....
surprising is that (most of them) , THEY  DO NOT KNOW HOW WEST WORKS...
they will not even agree,  to that what I write here.
That what they know is how to grab and get  away...Please Do not get  confused.

Russians are very valuable , honest, moral,  cooperative, friendly, smart easy interacting, dedicated, inventive,
..... everything  has the price of temptation...
Typical Russian statement :

For this little money I would not risk to go there or do that....

So you should understand that for  right amount of money "they" will do that!!!!!!!!!!!


So to have healthy  relation with Russians you need to understand
WHAT IS RIGHT AMOUNT OF MONEY
and how that relates to western world  risk of losing big time.
You,  the regular guys from WEST ..
..you can make yourself  very  wealthy or you can lose  everything including your life..

Typical  for both Russian and American:


Typical Russian makes per month less, than earnings in some third world African countries (e.g Nigeria=$200/mo) . = to two hours( to four)  of work  of Sanitation worker in New York.
The cost of life is  surprisingly not much different when earning is divided by typical  food price   in both USA and Russia.
And even more... Russian can have more free time and more social life than American guys.


The drastic  problem for Russian is  to buy anything - from everything ......that is outside  of Russia in Free Western World.
Typical Russian needs to work around 1 year, just to be able to put money on the side for  1 single computer ( not fancy one)
to compare -
typical  low.. low salary for Trader Joe/ Starbucks young boy is $15/h 
and typically they get $20tip) in Strbucks (up to $100tip) per day.
that makes them able to buy such computer every two days = over 150 computers per year , while they still in their parents houses.
However typical Russian makes often more than 2x of his salary "on the side"( bribes,corruption, theft... and so on)
And that still does not make him better.

Theft in Russia is   not welcomed  and punished,
but bribes compensation is  in 90%  of cases, sufficient enough when given,  to police officer or any other guy to get away from the trouble. 
think of it as:
officially Russian makes             = x money
non officially Russian makes      =x+ 3x  "not reported" money or more............ much more.   ( not always that much  and not always that little)
bribes are 90% present                = ( unknown) -sometime it is favor for favor , some time you pay many times more than the cost x.. just to have what you want to have

In their system,(( their brains)  that is nothing wrong with that.. it is just  the way to manage their life, and there is not to much of other alternative present.
They have to  support their families  the best way the  can.
Theft should be understand differently. They do not try to take advantage of their friends ( mostly) .
However what is in the job side is mostly own by government, ( by  communism  agenda that means own by everyone.)
They try to "compensate"  low wages  with  side jobs often using  "available materials" on hand . They  often, put  more attention  to that side job than to  their everyday activity in work place. (Sometimes all of their activity  is do side job and pay to supervisors to cover him  up.)
They have to give "something " to keep supervisor quiet , and "something" to keep "security"  quiet,  and  if caught on it they have to pay a lot to "quiet it down"...
If they have not enough of money than.. they are from now in official system of punishment.     

As most of the structure is corrupted the managers and officers  including principal of that  government  business,  means everyone is doing money on the side.
The net production from such  business is often in deficit while  " everyone is happy" making  " good life, nice houses, cars,and so on)
suffice it to say  : if I say that all Russia is made like  that?
I would not be far from  the truth.   
In Russian reality  bribe is often replaced with hooks. Hook is  something that you know  about somebody who wants to keep it quiet.
In the country  where  almost everyone is doing  "something" it is  very much  handy to know more about others
If there is a need than hook can be used . That makes things moving much faster than bribes and  often at no expense
That structure makes unfortunate individual  to be entangled in the web of the spider..... of money and and fear.
with little chance to get out.



Nobody is going to invest in dreams.
American are not stupid.
Yes money is there, but  if you do not have solid product checked by american professionals you going nowhere.
Americans  do  not care if they have made mistake by not investing in good Russian opportunity.
If it works  than the same guys will come to you and  will pay you 100 times more for the same, they could of have for 100 times less. a year ago.
If there is money to be made there  is  always money to be invested.

So  Acca no problem for me to make  Mr. Petric wealthy , man * in no time.
