I'm interested is anyone  here able to explain  how it was done and  what energy comes from?

By the size of the Tesla coil it oscillates at a few MHz on its own resonant frequency (assuming correct tuning for the coil) and is driven by an oscillator. The oscillator receives the 11V x 150 mA power from the power supply.

The Tesla coil surely has several kV peak voltage at its top end (voltage maximum) and the electromagnetic field is surely strong near to the coil top side where he positioned the metal plate (a shovel). 

The strong EM field charges the metal plate, and his own body with the lamp in his hand becomes part of the coil as a capacitive load across it so some part of the resonant current can go through the lamp and his body.

We cannot see how the 150 mA current changes when he touches the bulb to the shovel, it should go up to a much higher value. The energy comes from his power supply.

If you mean the dim wit Russian with the shovel it's most likely a wire up his sleeve connected to the light and the shovel from a 12v battery. 99% of anything coming out of Russia and China is usually fake or propaganda. It's basically a whole culture based on lies.

If you mean the kapanadze device I'm not at liberty to explain the process but the extra energy comes from the space the device itself occupies. We could think of it this way, two uncharged metal plates are said to have no energy in themselves other than atomic energy. Now we move them very close together and the EM waves filling all space can become confined between the two plates (Casimir effect). Most FE devices work in a similar way using a process to concentrate and convert EM energy already present everywhere.

Think of it this way, for thousands of years we have known about boats and waves. However only recently a clever inventor understood all waves contain energy. So he built a device to convert the energy of even small waves into a motive force to propel his boat. Most of our boats are floating in a "sea of energy" so how is it nobody to date was intelligent enough to 1)recognize this fact and 2)do something about it?. How could so many be so clueless and not see they were floating in a sea of wave energy?.

As such energy was never the problem. It's a perceptual problem relating to knowledge, understanding and a little common sense.

I agree with Gyula. I have done this sort of thing loads of times. It's not free energy but a Tesla coil-type transmission. He doesn't prove anything he claims. The spade is just an aerial. His body is also an earth and part electron donor.
I once asked a free energy researcher what prompted him to do this research. He said that he was at work when an air conditioner went haywire. It kept arcing. They turned the air conditioner off and nothing happened. It continued "working" with sparks. They then turned the mains off. Still, nothing happened - the air conditioner carried on working with sparks. In the end, the air conditioner burned itself out. When he analyzed the airconditioner afterward he found nothing out of place.
My conclusion: The air conditioner was in resonance.
The short created a plasma field. Plasma is the fourth state of matter with the outer electrons forcibly removed. These free electrons are creating a magnetic field which is magnetizing more electrons in and around the device. These new electrons are feeding the short circuit. Eventually, the device burns itself out because it was not constructed as a free energy device.
