Check out the Georgian version. Just open the pdf and take a look. Search for the author on Google. A very strange patent.
I guess the patent is based on something like this:

A source of very loud low frequency sound. Probably this can be used as a sonic weapon. Maybe something that was mentioned in the old newspaper in the GreenBox video.

An observation. I am not considering all of Kapanadze's designs. Only his first design, which was allegedly repeated.

The variant of the converter, when an additional EMF is formed on the conductor section (just on the one that is passed through the inner part of the Reactor, which everyone takes for a Tesla coil), included in a common circuit with the load, seems to me the most optimal solution as for a generator.

The system of excitation of electric fields, and conversion through capacitive connections also exists. The question is which way to obtain the desired solution.

Silva Paiva GERSON - I spoke to him. I asked why his devices are so similar to Kapanadze's. Why do the same colors, the same arrangements. He replied: I have my reasons for doing so.
That's pretty weird right.

ok. What does his patent say:
It says that particles called MUON are used. MUON comes to earth from space and has an energy much greater than that of an electron. The problem is that very few of them reach the earth. These are several quantities per 1m2. I do not know if this information is true and whether Gerson P. knows what he is talking about. Maybe he invented a fairy tale to look for investors or for a subsidy for green energy.
Every now and then it deletes videos and shows them again.

On the patent diagram: it looks very simple. Everything is described. Even the working principle. The most important feature of this device is the "special frequency" that works with MUON. It has to be set very precisely. We see an oscillator with a gunn diode and a crystal.
The Gunn diode tells us that it is microwave frequencies but the quartz shows that it will be interrupted like modulation.

Allow me to criticize, as similar "simple solutions" are common.

What Tariel Kapanadze has done is very similar to what we just discussed.

He needs to know exactly the principle in order to determine the similarity. What if there is a compact thermonuclear reactor in a coil? Or an alien bio source of energy? Or a black hole?

Except he has just changed the parameters and engineering a little using resonance to complete the picture. (Resonance is everything in a Tesla system)

Resonance is used in electronic devices where it is needed. No one writes on every such device that there are Tesla technologies. Tesla did not patent resonance.

He has taken a Tesla coil secondary first, wound it on a ferrite tube, and agitated it with a high frequency/high voltage supply (instead of the primary).  (This is what the feeble spark gap drives)

And he heated the ferrite due to remagnetization losses, wasting some of the input energy into a meaningless heating.
A static spark gaps cannot operate at high frequency. Even 50 Hz can be difficult as the discharge stops fading, an electric arc forms and the interruption of the current stops, especially at high voltage. If you use low power, then we must assume 10-50 watts. This is very small for kilowatt incandescent lamps.
Tesla used in powerful static spark gaps compressed air to break the arc, or rotating spark gaps.
Old welding transformers welded metal with an arc at an alternating current frequency of 50 Hz, no spark discharge.
In Naudin's experiments, an arc burns in the spark gap, and the electrodes become red-hot. Does not apply to Kapanadze devices.

In the mean time imposing on it a 50hz signal with another coil wrapped around it and then using yet another coil wrapped around it that he has 'tuned' to 220v to drive his loads and then using the grounding in the earth as his 'capacitance'.

Frequencies just don't mix with each other. They exist independently. To mix frequencies, you need a mixer, which consists of a non-linear element (usually diodes) and an output filter that selects the desired frequency.
The problem is that this mixing process is energetically very expensive. Loss of energy.

It's as simple as that. This is why he can loop back to a stepdown transformer from 220v to 24/12v to drive his input and and circuits after the initial start because this is an open system and the primary part of the circuit doesn't 'see' the coil of 220v or its load to drag it down as in ordinary 'closed' systems. He has agitated the ambient background with his secondary high voltage coil and is collecting it (220v) with his primary coil wrapped around the secondary.

Why does he suddenly decide that this ambient background will be excited more than he was excited? He attended a bullfight where the bull was aroused with a red rag? A small rag excites a big bull, so small energy excites big energy? Psychologism.
