One of the occupational hazards of being a free energy inventer is receiving an unexpected visit from the Men In Black.  They are not always dressed like undertakers.  Sometimes they wear grey suites which look like they could be uniforms and they may be wearing dark glasses.  On introducing themselves to the inventer as representatives of some government bureau they flash an official looking badge which could be FBI or something.  Their mission is always to warn the inventer to cease his attempts to commercialise the device or inform others of how it works and the warning is accompanied with veiled threats to himself or his family.  According to John Searl the M.I.B. have even extended their influence to England because he claims that he was visited by government officials and policemen in 1984 who confiscated his device and warned him that he would be imprisoned if he attempted to operate another like it.

There is a website dedicated to the M.I.B. and their doings here: http://www.totse.com/en/fringe/men_in_black/index.html.  One article on the M.I.B. phenomenon reproduced here suggests that it is possible that governments are geneticaly engineering humans for special tasks and the M.I.B. are psychic operatives.  If this was true it would explain why they always seem to know that an inventer has developed a free energy device before anyone else does.  This hypothesis is supported by David Hamel who says that whenever he fired up one of his devices the M.I.B. would arrive at his house within minutes and confiscate it.  So what exactly are these government agencies afraid of in relation to free energy devices?  A clue is provided in an article reproduced at the above website titled ?MIBs, UFOs, and the Carlos Allende Letters? from which I quote here:

?It was in September 1953, that three agents of a silence group made their first in-person visit. Albert K. Bender, who had organised an international flying-saucer bureau, was their target.
According to ufologist Gray Barker, Bender had received certain data which he felt provided the missing pieces for a theory concerning the origin of flying saucers. Bender wrote down his thesis and sent it off to a friend he felt he could trust. When the three men appeared at Benders door, one of them held that letter in his hand.
The three men told Bender that among the many saucer researchers he had been the one to stumble upon the correct answer to the flying saucer enigma. Then they filled him in on the details. Bender became ill. He was unable to eat for three days.
UFO investigators Dominik Lucchesi and August C. Roberts called on Bender and encouraged him to break his silence concerning the mysterious men in black.
"They were pretty rough with me," Bender told them, "Two men did all the talking and the other kept watching me all the time they were here. He didn't take his eyes off me."
Bender went on to say that when people found out the truth about flying saucers there would be dramatic changes in all things. Science, especially would suffer a major blow. Political structures would topple. Mass confusion would reign. Roberts and Lucchesi kept chipping away at Benders wall of silence, but to most of their queries they received only a noncommittal "I cannot answer that".?

According to this story, MIB have threaten the inventors again?

VENTURA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, USA -- On May 16, a technician who was one of a team of garage experimenters investigating a hydrogen-on-demand technology was run off the road near a rural intersection and accosted by four white, middle-aged males in black suits, carrying Glocks and Mac tens.  The assailants were driving a late model, black Lincoln Town Car.

This comes just one month after Bill Williams was similarly threatened because of his experimentation with running a vehicle on a Joe cell.

The victim in this latest incident is an associate of New Energy Congress member, Ken Rasmussen, who had been working together with him on the project. Rasmussen also runs an alternative energy news service at  http://www.commutefaster.com/Energy.html  They had been working on the project together.

A week before the incident, Rasmussen learned of the work being done by Professor Kanarev in Russia.  Both use a pulsed signal, and both were seeing similar performance rates.  Kanarev holds multiple patents, and is widely published.  A day before the incident, a person who was interested in funding the project of Rasmussen et al., and who had been trying to reach him since November, had finally made contact.

Rasmussen reported the incident for the first time publicly in his news today.  He said, "As editor of this page, my life has now been threatened by 2 loaded guns pointed in the face of a good friend."

"Using information which could only have been obtained by monitoring digital cell phones and e-mail, the assailants portrayed to the victim that they had total control over his personal life, and was told to remain silent and to not talk to government authorities."  He was told that if he did not comply, a family member would be killed.  The assailants produced extensive details about this target family member.  The threat also included himself, his family and all associates if he did not stop work on the process immediately.  The threats made actually applied broadly to anyone working on overunity.

"I'm breaking the story to warn others who might be involved in similar technologies," said Rasmussen.

Obeying the threats made to him, the person threatened has stopped all work on the project.  "When happy people start acting silent and paranoid, friends get suspicious," said Rasmussen, who waited until the necessary measures had been taken to protect the lives of those directly threatened in the incident.

At the time of the assault, Rasmussen had been in discussion with several pre-screened, suitable investors, who were waiting on Rasmussen's team to fix a final detail before attending a live demonstration.

Rasmussen addressed them publicly in today's report, saying: "For any of my previous business contacts reading this, please excuse the delay.  Our lives have been directly threatened if we were to complete the item we were intending to demonstrate for you.  All progress is stopped."

"Enormous amounts of personal information thrown in our face behind the guns proved to me NONE of the prospective investors had anything to do with the violence we experienced. These thugs knew things I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. Their boss has digital cell phone tapping technology at the very least.  Other details were probably obtained by wire tapping neighbors and friend's phones too."

In closing, Rasmussen said, "We have this kind warning to fellow experimenters who try to challenge the conventional physics being taught to students around the world. Challenge the system, the system that says oil is god, and there are paid mafia goons all over the world who will stop you for a few measly dollars.  We know, because we met their guns face to face.  Please continue your noble research, but PLEASE PLEASE watch your backside."

Rasmussen's words to the assailants were that if anyone was harmed, the plans for this technology would be plastered all over the Internet.  He believes that cowering to bullies is not good policy.

That is one reason you should always have the right to defend yourself.  If you come to the United States and are born here or become a citizen, it is in the Constitution (called the Bill of Rights) that the people have a right (that government can't take away because they didn't give us this right to self defense) to bear arms.  It allows us to defend ourselves and serves to keep our nation free from foreign attack and too much government tyranny.

That claim by Ken Rasmussen that he was threatened by unknown persons in a black FWD could be phony.  The fact that he was due to give a demonstration the next day to investors makes the whole thing sound fishy.  It could be a face saving exit strategy because he knew he could not deliver the goods to the investors.  This kind of thing has happened before.
