I just needed a little push and @harti gave it to me...

Let me see if I can reach out to the reporter to get more info and maybe the inventor to join and explain a bit more.  Sounds like a good weekend task (other than the other one we are all working on---to save the world with a free energy device ;D)

OK I have made initial contact...Just taking a little more time than I initially thought.  I'll have an update shortly, please check back in a day or so.  With his permission, I will hopefully have more information to report and get him to join the discussion.
